Very nice, spotless and spacious room. Excellent quality bed and pillows. Staff are friendly. Breakfast area was nicely arranged and food selection was good over all. A few restaurants and supermarket just opposite the hotel. Travelling time to airport 20 mins and Muscat town centre around 30 mins.

Despite receiving notification from hotel prior to my visit, and my reiteration on arrival at the reception, my personal request (room decoration arragement) was not met. Secondly, I paid for a room with a lake/sea view however the room was facing a construction site with high levels of noise first thing in the morning.

This hotel is a little further out from most Muscat attractions, but is perfect if you are travelling into Oman from the North or the interior. It is literally 100m from the North entrance to the Al Araimi Boulevard Mall and is about 20 mins from Muscat Int'l airport. The building and infrastructures are new, airy, elegant, classy and overall very cohesive. Soundproofing is not a n issue as the hotel is more than 150m from the main highway and is generally quiet. The pool on the roof is lovely - heated - with an area for younger children. There is a cafe service next to the pool with a very cheap kids' meals and snacks menu. The rooms are clean and bright with uncluttered views of the surroundings. You can see the mountains and the ocean clearly. Toiletries are of good standard. Nice clean, comfy beds and pillows and the light in the morning is relatively low. The use of the pool is limited to women only from 9-11am and 5-6pm. There is room service and the staff are respectful, helpful and accomodating. Overall standards are very high, but please be aware of noise and clothing rules as local cultural standards apply throughout the hotel. WE stayed in a deluxe suite with a lovely fully-functioning hot tub. Would definitely return.

The food overall is very cheap and I think it is not a major issue with the hotel as they have the mall next door and you can order food in. The overall quality is sub-standard taking the rest of the hotel into account, but I can live with this.

The hotel is great, has very nice and clean rooms. The staff was great, Mariam and her colleagues at reception (and also the employee at their coffee shop) were always very helpful with my requests. The shopping mall nearby is great if you need anything.

The hotel is mainly surrounded by roads which was tricky for me without a rental car, but if you have one that will be no issue. Also, the hotel is located next to a very decent shopping mall (4/5min walk and area is very safe at any time) with many restaurants and shops so I didn’t have any issues finding anything I needed nearby until late at night.

Fancy hotel in Seeb, incredibly cheap for the quality that offers. I don't agree with the ones who say that it's in the middle of nowhere: there's a shopping mall few in front of with restaurants and other amenities, maybe the best place to spend the night in Seeb. Maybe.

I was a bit pissed off by the staff which were not able to suggest or recommend any place to have dinner or simply eat/drink in Seeb. After a certain time (maybe 8 pm) no one able to speak decent english at reception, so they had to call different people to help me out. But, again, no valuable recommendation on where to go for dinner or how to spend the night. I had to help myself getting around the city and finally the best place I found was the mall in front of the hotel, with many people around having their dinner, enjoying the night or simply strolling around. Shame on staff!

The room was clean and had necessary amenities. I want to express appreciation for the housekeeping personal as water was replenished daily and on time in my room as well as general freshen up of the room.

Actually everything was okay for me. But I can’t make review fully as I almost didn’t stay in the hotel and visited lots of tourists attractions. I haven’t tried gym or pool, so cannot provide feedback on that, but overall my experience was good.

It's my go to hotel when I want to stay outside the centre of muscat as it's quiet, the highway is very close. The hotel staff are very helpful, the rooms are very big and well facilitated. The rooms are extremely clean and the furniture is modern. The lightning is great and if you park on the North side of the building your car will be sheltered from the sun.

The media channels are very limited unless you have a Netflix account.

Boulevard Hotel Seeb exceeded our expectations. The room size was very good, bathroom is spacious and enclosed bath with rain shower was amazing, lobby & breakfast area was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Each room had a two seater couch + 1 chair which were very comfortable for business travelers, kettle for coffee, ironing board, safety box etc. The hotel was located very close to a large mall -Al Araimi Boulevard Mall, with Carrefour and lot of restaurants, so shopping and eating during your stay is convenient. In addition, it is just a 5 minute drive from the Seeb market, which is a good bargain market for many stuff. Lulu Hypermarkets, Ramez shopping centres and many other shopping centres within driving distance. Reception Staff, restaurant staff & housekeeping were courteous and service was prompt. Lot of parking areas outside.

The room key card kept malfunctioning regularly, so each time we had to go to the reception to reactivate the key. Also the housekeeping didn't clean the room if you didn't hang the 'Clean my room' card outside. But they promptly did this when informed.

Wifi needs some improvement.

The hotel is nice located as we didn't want to stay in the city, but you need a car. The rooms are super big, clean and nice, the shower is amazing. The staff at the reception is very nice and helpful. Also very nice room prices.

The staff in the restaurant seems a little lost as they barely speak english, service is also a little poor. Breakfast is nice, dinner was okay. Wouldn't eat dinner there again though. Wifi wasn't always available in our room and at the pool area.

The hotel is an EXCELLENT one. It's unfair to rate it as 3 stars only; it deserves 5 stars. Along with the excellent room there is THE BEST MALL IN MUSCAT LOCATED INFRONT OF THE HOTEL. The mall with its tens of shopping branded shops , tens of 5 star restaurants & coffeeshps air-conditioned & outside services is perfect for shoppingand entertainment along with joy. . Inside the Hotel there is a swimming pool , a gym, a business centre, an entertainment room, a very spacious & beautifully furnished lobby, an outside & inside private parking , a peaceful praying area, a coffee shop , a restaurant... etc; and above all a respected , cooperative & professional staff; especially at the RECEPTION AND the RESTAURANT.
