Great location. Close to the heart of Miraflores, but still quiet at night (soundproofing!). I picked this hotel because it is a Best Western hotel and I have not been disappointed by BWs thus far. This one was also very good. Breakfast was exceptional and we ate like kings: fruit, juices, cereal, cheese, ham, eggs, bread but also hot foods such as a scrambled eggs and spiced rice, in addition to some pastries! Good coffee too, which was such a relief after other mediocre places earlier in our trip. There are water stations (ROs) on every floor which is really great because who wants to keep buying plastic bottles. A small, but lovely touch. Rooms have air climate control that can be customized. Did I mention the no noise already? It was quiet and restful! Bed and pillows were fluffy; linens were fresh and clean. Water in the shower had good pressure, and was nice and hot. Housekeeping was very efficient ...we returned to clean and well made up rooms at the end of the day. Wi-fi worked well and we were also able to Netflix while recovering from our travels. I used their laundry facilities and clothes were returned promptly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Staff was kind and friendly. We asked them to arrange an airport drop-off at 3:30 am and the taxi service was there and waiting when we got down at that early hour. No panic, no fuss. Prices for the airport drop off were very reasonable.

Nothing. It was as a hotel should be. Makes me want to stick with Best Western affiliated hotels for all travel!

The stuff is unbelievable. They tried to accommodate us the best they could. Room and facilities were very comfortable, spacious, and clean. We did not expect to have coffee maker, tea, hair dryer and money box to safe our money and documents. The breakfasts were very good with variety of options. We did not expect to be so comfortable for the money we pay. And another aspect is the LOCATION. We were so close to everything: good places to eat, walking distance to buy souvenirs, and super close to sea with unbelievable parks and places to walk. Highly recommended place.

Thinking of something I did not like, but I could not find.

The hotel is really good, well located and properly maintained. We enjoyed the neighborhood a lot, lots of options for food and drinks and central to most touristic attractions. Hotel staff was helpful when needed (which was not a lot) and we didn't have any issues. Breakfast was pretty good and had a lot of variety and options. Breakfast times were also pretty convenient and not restrictive.

Not a lot we didn't like. The main one was the pillows which were way too soft and didn't offer good support.

Clean, looks like it’s been fairly recently fitted and it’s suitably warm. Staff were helpful, giving information when I had queries. Varied choice for breakfast including hot and cold. It’s walkable to Baranco and in easy reach of the scope of Miraflores.

If someone’s talking in the central courtyard at night and your window faces it you can hear as it echoes a bit. It wasn’t a problem because the people moved away as soon as they knew they could be heard. I wonder if there’s a time limit on when the space could be used.

Comfortable room, I could sign in to my subscription TV on the TV, nice room design and colours. I really liked the restaurant. The food was good and good price. I liked the breakfast as well. Very good staff, friendly and professional.

I found it a bit unwelcoming when first arriving, no help was given with luggage, which was given at previous 3 star hotels, though once a had settled in I felt at ease and found staff to be helpful. On the second morning, there was an issue with alarms at breakfast. Alarms kept going off and I had to eat breakfast with them sounding and it was loud. However when I arrived to the room later that day I found a letter by the staff apologising, explaining what happened and that they would listen if I had anything to ask about it, which was thoughtful.

Lovely, modern hotel in a great location, rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, all staff were amazing particularly in the breakfast room, thank you for giving me almond milk as I’m vegan and was happy I didn’t have to miss out on having oats and cereals.

I wasn’t previously made aware that there is an extra 10% service charge applied on top of the price quoted, but the service was great so I don’t mind just to make people aware.

Walking distance to so many restaurants and attractions and located in the best part of Lima. Hotel is clean and comfortable, with free filtered water, free wifi, in-room safe, decent breakfast, and hot showers. My room looked into inner courtyard (instead of the street) and was very quiet.

The hotel folks completely bungled an airport pickup despite me reserving far in advance and confirming the night of the pick-up. I would recommend not using their "service" just take a safe taxi from one of the stands at the airport - it costs less and is more reliable.

The hotel is located in Miraflores, from where you can easily reach anything in Barranco or Downtown with Uber or bus. There are plenty of banks, ATMs and restaurants nearby. One of the most valuable things of this hotel is the sustainable potable water provision via dispensers in every floor. This is amazing because instead of selling you expensive water bottles, you can reuse your own ones during your stay in Lima. This is a great step towards environment protection. The staff was very attentive and the breakfast was great. They also kept our bags for free before check-in and after check-out.

The location is perfect for walking through Miraflores and also to visit the Barrancos and San Isidro neighborhoods. Breakfast is honest, the staff was friendly. The best part of this hotel room was the bathroom, which was spacious and very clean.

The hotel could offer services of early checkin or late checkout.

Breakfast was amazing. Loved the water stations on each floor with cold and hot water and appreciated having Netflix. Helpful staff.

A little too basic for the price: It didn’t have much of a lobby or shared space to relax, have a drink, etc., and the room was also quite basic.
