Hotel was clean, room was nice and clean. Good location. Filtered cold and hot water on the hallway next to elevator

During checkout (early in the morning, we had a morning flight) staff first go to your room to check the room - I don't know, is it so bad they don't trust us? Never had this experience before. And after all: they have my credit card and passport copy in case of some damage. This is very unpleasant to check the room, feeling like a thieves. And this was not a cheap or low class hotel! But maybe this is normal in South America, people just don't trust each other.

Very clean and chic hotel in central Miraflores district, walking distance from many great restaurants/cevicherias and easy access to the shore and Larcomar mall. A short taxi ride from historic city center and walking distance from beautiful Barranco district. Staff is very friendly and helpful. About a 45 min-1 hour drive from the airport, depending on traffic.

Not necessarily the hotel's fault, since there are many water outages in Lima, but I did not have running water when I arrived, and I had to step out for some rotisserie chicken before returning in an hour to the water running again.

The location was very good, close to lots of eating spots etc. I requested and got a quiet room with blackout curtains. The included breakfast was a bit better than expected and the restaurant food was good enough that I did not have to eat outside. There is a drinking water dispenser on every floor and a mini fridge in the room. This was so convenient that I would return based on that alone. WIFI was stable and reliable. Most of the staff that I dealt with spoke good English which was great. Elevators worked so no struggling with luggage. Rooms have contemporary design and are well attended to by housekeeping.

Room didn't have a view but that's minor. Can't think of anything else.

So many great things about this place! I was very happy with my stay here. From the time I arrived the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! The location cannot be beat. So many great restaurants, casinos, parks, shopping, etc within blocks of the hotel. My room was so clean and modern! The bed was comfortable and the room was a sufficient size with a window that actually opens! It was so nice to get some fresh air. The breakfast was really good! Hot options and cold options with plenty of fresh fruit. And the dining room is so clean! I was very impressed. There was not one bad thing I could say about this place. I am very happy with my choice to stay here and I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Lima! If you're considering this place just book it. It was really great!

Room was clean and spacious. Nice view of the city. The breakfast was excellent with many delicious options including a variety of fresh fruit and pastries, yogurts, etc. Having a water cooler on each floor was very nice. The restaurant had a very good menu and the food was reasonably priced. The friendliness of the staff stood out: Both the morning gentleman at breakfast and the waiter at the restaurant in the evening (wish I could remember their names) made it clear that they were there to make our stay special.

The room and location were perfect for us after a long flight from the UK. We were only in Lima for one day and we were able to check in early (at a cost) which was useful. The room was a good size, the bed was large and comfortable and the front desk staff were really helpful. There is a roof top terrace which was a nice quiet place to sit but as were there in the 'winter' the skies were grey and the weather only mild rather than warm. The location I'm Miraflores was good, plenty of restaurants nearby and not far from the coastal cliffs.

Breakfast could have had more variety. Nothing else really, we were only there for one night.

The hotel is clean (a positive point) and well-organized, with an excellent location. The breakfast is good, offering various options of fruits, typical foods (a positive point) and sweets. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. In particular, the employee present at breakfast on the 22nd and 23rd of November, 2024, was extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. Another positive point is the availability of water for consumption and bottle refilling.

I like everything.

The stuff is unbelievable. They tried to accommodate us the best they could. Room and facilities were very comfortable, spacious, and clean. We did not expect to have coffee maker, tea, hair dryer and money box to safe our money and documents. The breakfasts were very good with variety of options. We did not expect to be so comfortable for the money we pay. And another aspect is the LOCATION. We were so close to everything: good places to eat, walking distance to buy souvenirs, and super close to sea with unbelievable parks and places to walk. Highly recommended place.

Thinking of something I did not like, but I could not find.

Great location. Close to the heart of Miraflores, but still quiet at night (soundproofing!). I picked this hotel because it is a Best Western hotel and I have not been disappointed by BWs thus far. This one was also very good. Breakfast was exceptional and we ate like kings: fruit, juices, cereal, cheese, ham, eggs, bread but also hot foods such as a scrambled eggs and spiced rice, in addition to some pastries! Good coffee too, which was such a relief after other mediocre places earlier in our trip. There are water stations (ROs) on every floor which is really great because who wants to keep buying plastic bottles. A small, but lovely touch. Rooms have air climate control that can be customized. Did I mention the no noise already? It was quiet and restful! Bed and pillows were fluffy; linens were fresh and clean. Water in the shower had good pressure, and was nice and hot. Housekeeping was very efficient ...we returned to clean and well made up rooms at the end of the day. Wi-fi worked well and we were also able to Netflix while recovering from our travels. I used their laundry facilities and clothes were returned promptly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Staff was kind and friendly. We asked them to arrange an airport drop-off at 3:30 am and the taxi service was there and waiting when we got down at that early hour. No panic, no fuss. Prices for the airport drop off were very reasonable.

Nothing. It was as a hotel should be. Makes me want to stick with Best Western affiliated hotels for all travel!

The hotel is really good, well located and properly maintained. We enjoyed the neighborhood a lot, lots of options for food and drinks and central to most touristic attractions. Hotel staff was helpful when needed (which was not a lot) and we didn't have any issues. Breakfast was pretty good and had a lot of variety and options. Breakfast times were also pretty convenient and not restrictive.

Not a lot we didn't like. The main one was the pillows which were way too soft and didn't offer good support.
