Really welcoming. Hotel was very modern and clean. Near all sorts of great Miraflores cafes and restaurants. Easy walk to the water. Nice lobby where you can work on your computer. Arranged cab back to airport that was very helpful.

Not all front desk staff were equal. Got vague and uninformed answered from some people and super helpful suggestions and help from others. I chose Mercure because it was an international brand. I did this specifically because I thought the language fluency would be less of a factor for me. Lima is a place with many safety concerns these days and I didn't feel confident that I was always being given spot on advice.

If not included , the breakfast is very expensive (65 Soles!!) for what you get. Not many healthy options or veggie You get only 1 welcome water for a 2 adult room😂

Loved the breakfast,the location,the room ,the comfortable bed. In fact everything about it.The professionalism of the staff.

No complaints at all. There were a couple of functions at the weekend and obviously it was a bit noisy in the central courtyard.Other than that all was excellent.

They put me next to the outside dining area. Then they had parties at night until 11 pm or 12 midnight.

I came here to rest and take a break from my usual style of travel which is backpacking as I was was very sick. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helped me with whatever I needed. I even ended up extending my stay. Plus, the bed was one of the most comfortable ones I’ve ever slept in! Highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. Great wifi and enough English language channels.

The towels were very thin. A bit of noise from the courtyard when I arrived around 11 pm so I couldn't get to sleep immediately.

In Miraflores so supposed to be easy to everywhere. Hotel room was cozy and comfortable, had all I needed for the brief stay.

Breakfast only started at 6 am, which would be helpful to have earlier time since many people travel super early.

Great location & clean, modern hotel. Room was a good size with central heating which is much needed in Peru in winter. Many restaurants and bars nearby.

Doesn’t include any extras or the little details that you’d expect from this type of hotel at the price point - ie robes, magnified mirror, lotion, breakfast, etc. Just the most basic/standard amenities are included - shower gel, shampoo, soap and instant coffee.

Breakfast was good.

Staff was not very helpful when I asked for early breakfast or boxed breakfast as I had a tour booked 5:40am. Room rates was with breakfast included. Very unfriendly environment.
