Location is "EXCELENT". Everything is nearby. Lively Parque Kennedy is only 1 block and a half away. You can find restaurants, entertainment, shops, everywhere within a walking distance. Breakfast was ok but I wish they would offer breakfast buffet specially fresh fruit. The ladies working at the restaurant on the second floor were nice and helpful. Regarding the "room" : it was very big, and comfortable. I have stayed in other hotels in the area and my room by far was the best.

The hotel needs an improvement regarding maintenance. I noticed that because I was taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Also the reception area needs improvement.

The location is phenomenal. On the right next door, you have an Interbank ATM if you want to take cash out. Claro phone company on the left next door. Metro supermarket few steps away. Western Union is a block away and the Tour Bus that takes you to and from the airport for $5 is also one block away. The best entertainment and restaurants are so close to walking distance. The staff goes out of their way to keep you happy. I have been to many local hotels and had extra charges at the checkout. Here at this hotel, there are no surprises at all.

The breakfast is great but a little bit of variety could help.

The property was clean and spacious, perfect for a family of four. 2 bedrooms and living room was perfect. Front desk and all other staffs were very courteous and helped answer all questions, Prime location, Kennedy park was just a few minutes’ walk from the location. There were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the variety of fresh fruit juices was impressive.

We stayed in several cities in Peru, and the most common thing I noticed was the traffic noise throughout the night

nice room, in fact it is an appartment. we have stayed 2 times in here, each time on a different room, but the rooms were clean, spacious, with a fridge (we want a fridge to keep cold drinks). the staff are amazing, accomodating (lets us check in early, let us leave a suitcase for storage -while we went to cusco). It is close to kenedy park, close to waterfront, close to shops (metro suppermarket is amazing and it is 2 minutes from the property).

in heart of Miraflores the hotel is always clean and I always feel like home when I go there the staff is very friendly nice people there are awesome very respectful

the only thing I can criticize or give an advice to make the hotel much better and perfect 10 is that they need to have a/c and heater in every room also the breakfast in the morning they must do like a bufé with sweets yogurt and different Cain of juices orange apple pineapple the regular different types of bread coffee fruits.. because they serve always the same eggs bread and coffee also if guests have a visit they should get better on visit hours at least example 8a till 10p if they work in this they will be a perfect 10

Excellent location , nice big spacious rooms . The Staff was very helpful and courtous . There are many cafes & restaurants closeby , and nice indian restaurant at 10 minutes walking distances . I will surely come back again !!

The room I had selected ( executive suite) was road facing . Being a busy street , there was a lot of nice early morning disturbing my sleep .

Good location for our 1 night stay. 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and very clean. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Adequate breakfast. Near an airport express drop off/pick up point.

Would like a mirror near a plug socket for a hairdryer. Minor irritation of mine when traveling.

Not enough hangers for towels, only one! Not even one shelf in the bathroom, very uncomfortable, no way to display bathroom things: soaps, creams, toothpaste, combs, etc.. There were no glasess Not enough hangers on cupboards.

Great location and value right in the Miraflores district close to all the main attractions. Breakfast was a standard continental for latin america. Room was good condition, no AC but temperature was not too high, shower had very high pressure.

For me this was a transfer stay in between a bus and flight, not there long enough to find much constructive feedback.

I was just expecting a regular room but it was a suite with a living room, a dining room, a sink etc. The location is more than perfect, it's 1 street away from the tourist information center, a supermarket, several restaurants, atm, and 15 minutes away by foot from Larcomar. The breakfast was nice too. I loved the place and I recommend it.
