We stayed 3 different nights throughout our trip. For the price it was a really good service. Breakfast is ok. Room was very clean and staff was nice.

In Peru we did the Inca trail and many other excursions so we always had to leave our big luggage’s in the hotel where we stayed before starting the treks and they would all happily keep our luggage’s for no fee and even if we were not returning for a night afterwards. Miraflores Arawi prime is the only place we had to pay to leave our luggage even thought we had booked in the same hotel 2 nights later again. I’ve never seen a hotel do this for returning guests actually. 3$/night/luggage. We paid without arguing of course but I think guests should be aware if they plan to do this.

The taxi company used by the hotel is a rip off. We took a taxi van for 6 people to a local restaurant, approximated 9/10 blocks from the hotel and we got charge 60 Soles, an equivalent of $30 You took a local taxi back to the hotel and our surprise that we only paid 5 Soles or $1.50 Private taxi's companies will over charge you just because you are a turist. Take the local taxis.

- Our room had a window facing an internal wall which resulted in less natural light coming in the room - The female Staff at check-in wasn't really friendly. - Be aware that the price is excluding tax and that you would have to pay it at check in. The staff at check in did not inform us of this until we asked following the higher charge.

The rooms were comfortable and the reception desk lady was very helpful as I requested a last minute iron.

The breakfast was expensive and bad, below expectation for a 4* hotel. We arrived both days before the ending time and they were already removing some stuff. both days coffee and milk were not refilled (we had to ask).

Modern hotel, excellent location, minutes to many cafes and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful rooms. Good sized room, comfortable big bed, very good wifi and although limited options it was a good breakfast buffet. Coffee machine in the room. Let us store our baggage before check-in and after checkout. Friendly staff.

Shower - there was hardly any water pressure and the hot water ran out almost immediately despite a thin trickle, although the bathroom is modern, the position of the rain shower in the bath tub is right above the drain in the tub so you almost end up stepping on the drain if you try to get under the shower head.

Spacious, clean, comfortable room with a desk and chairs, space for your luggage and lovely bedding and towels and good dark curtains to block light for sleeping. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. They arranged our airport taxis which arrived on time. Location in a quiet street in Miraflores is ideal for a good night's rest with lots of restaurants nearby. This was our second stay on this trip and if they fix the wifi issue we'd have no hesitation staying there again.

Wifi was terrible, constantly cutting in and out. Breakfast was decent but unexciting and at 9 US we decided to pass and ate out.

Everyone was very polite and the place was clean and great value for the price. I felt very comfortable. I stayed working throughout the day without issues. Internet was very stable.

A couple of times I could hear noise from the next room. They would open the window and the TV was very loud. I think maybe they could have thicker windows, but I didn't complain, because it didnt last long. When I mentioned this to the staff they were very polite and told me to let them know next time so they could ask the other guest to make less noise. In any case in general noise bothers me a lot and this place was extremely quiet, so I would most definitely return.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! The reception was beautiful. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was simple but lovely. We got food in the restaurant one evening we wanted a quiet night and it was delicious. The best part was the staff - they were amazing. I wasn’t feeling well and they were so helpful and kind.

large room BUT no comfortable chair, 3 simple upright chairs but nothing to relax in at all, so tv of no value breakfast pretty good but lacked bacon or sausage and only advised on last of 5 day that choice of egg could be requested. Maid dropped my pyjama on two days and left jacket once on side table and once on the floor When curtain closed left a gab of some 4ft on the left
