Charming little hostel in the quiet and safe area of Miraflores. Its location is perfect in order to explore Miraflores and Barranco and also the center of Lima. The patio is really an astonishing discovery!! So beautiful! Our room was quite spacious, clean and tidy, although it could use a small renovation.. The breakfast was very good, with freshly made preparations and a good variety. The personnel was very polite, smiling and eager to help us in all our requests and needs!! They assisted us in several occasions and they gave us very useful tips.

The only negative was that there was no soundproofing at all in our room. We were on the ground floor, by the patio, and we could hear every single person passing by all day and night.

Small and cosy hotel in the middle of Miraflores. Plenty of well maintained plants and several tables around property patios offer a chance to relax outside after a long day. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Plenty of great bars and restaurants in the area to enjoy Lima's thriving gastronomic scene. Hotel reception offers help with transfers from/to airport if required.

Lovely hostal with a beautiful patio area and lots of seating areas on the first floor. We were at the back of the hostal, so it was lovely & quiet. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good, typical Peruvian breakfast of bread, eggs, juice etc & the olive tapanade was delicious. Already booked to stay again at the end of our trip.

24-hour receptionist there to help with any questions. Location was amazing right in the middle of town and yet still very quiet. Bed were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water, microwave plus tea and coffee facilities. There was a plenty for breakfast with a good range of foods on offer unless you are a vegan. There's even a very friendly hotel Cat!

Great location, staff on site 24hr and the hotel felt very secure. All of the staff were great, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too. The surroundings were lovely with beautiful plants everywhere. Our room was comfortable, the bathroom felt like it could do with an update but was clean and we had a small outside area which we didn't use due to the weather but it backed onto the laundry room which was a little noisy.

A quiet oasis in the bustling city of Lima. The room was rather basic, but provides everything you need. The real plus comes with the courtyard: There are many chairs and tables to sit and relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The wifi is a bit shaky. Depending on which router you fetch, it works well or it doesn't.

A little gem, an oasis tacked away, hidden among concrete jungle. Greens, flovers everywhere. Rooms clean, bed linen and towels are crispy white. Down blanket!!! Microwave, an electric kettle, medium size fridge,  metal utensils,  ceramic plates and cups. A pitcher filled with drinking water! Brown sugar! All in the room. Quiet street. A trade off? Not much sound isolation between bathrooms,  so you can hear others pluming working in the adjustment room...I stayed for 2 nights, in 2 different rooms. Staff is very attentive, accommodating. The whole place is a heart warmer. Would go there again!

As the name suggests, the hotel is built around a delightful patio filled with colourful plants and flowers. The rooms are simple but comfortable with decent showers. Good breakfast featuring scrambled or hard boiled eggs, selection of bread and jams. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Recommended.

Lovely hotel . Nice atmosphere to the property , great location in miraflores . All the plants , flowers as well as fountain in central patio adds great character to the hotel . Makes it distinct from the other more modern hotels in the area . Very good breakfast served in their pleasant dining / lounge area with decent variety of breads . Great staff - friendly and informative.

Agenda el patio was a wonderful surprise. The grounds and the rooms were exceptional with beautiful flowers and plants throughout the facility. The courtyard and patios are filled with gorgeous flowers. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We would stay there again.
