The staff was great, any questions I had was quickly answered and if I needed anything they was quick at hand to see that my stay was a pleasant one. I would return back there again

I like the location which is near sm clark and convenience store. Nice deluxe room #2 and family room #7. It has pool and pet friendly. Thank you!!

Two times (2x) we experience blackout first at around 830pm , the 2nd one is around 10am before we checkout. Hope they have generator. Rooms a little bit old but it is still good to stay. Suggestion for family room, i think it's better if they have tv for entertainment in the living room.

The staff were kind and helpful. I love the location. It was perfect for me.

Small thing, the cleaning every two days and little strict times of cleaning. No laundry service. Small things no prob in general.

The location is great, little walk to Bar street and very close for massage with a few company's down the street of hotel. Near s.m mall and many other good shops.

Ac units are a little noisy but you get use to them. Other than that quite and good .you

no double lock so i was paranoid as someone might be able to open the door. during my stay, there was a brownout so it was very hot

It was close to Clark Airport, the staff was friendly, and the room was excellent. It had a mini-city light view, and the price was very reasonable. Overall experience was exceptional even including the price. Additionally, we were able to bring our dog with us.

Overall you get what you paid for. The staff is good and the facilities are okay. the kids enjoyed the pool. It is also quite and there is privacy. good place to relax with an affordable price.

Some appliances needs an upgrade like the air-condition in our room. Flash in the restroom has leak, alot of wasted water. but overall the experience was great. Minimal issues that we can adapt to.
