The location is good. Staffs are exceptional, and the Manager is also friendly and welcoming. Value for money. I recommend this place.

I had booked my room for three pax., but my room was for 2 people only. Upon inquiry, the staff said my room selection is good for 2 only. I did not insist as our third friend did not even travel with us for this trip, so it worked fine for me. Also, the WiFi was frequently interrupted, and once it went off for a few hours. This is not the property's fault though, because the connection was lost for the whole area, as informed.

Very reasonably priced comfortable hotel, in the heart of the Angeles. Couple minutes walk to the bars on walking street, and a short grab/cab ride away from the malls. Hotel is clean, rooms are very comfortable, staff are great and very helpful. Its more Motel like, large rooms, overlooking a middle courtyard.

Nothing to dislike here, but probably just not the place for lil ones or families.

The bed was awesome. The staff were all super nice. Very modern room. Everything worked well. Free coffee, tea and kettle. Cups, glasses. Big safety box and could fit a laptop if needed.

I wish the room fridge was colder. I looked for a dial to change the temperature but there wasn't one inside the fridge. I guess I could have asked the staff to do something about it but I didn't. The washroom light is on a sensor. The one in my room was very delicate. Any slight movement in the room set it off.

VERY nice rooms, exactly like the pictures. Exceptional staff. The value (cost versus quality) is terrific. I'm happy I chose Sure Stay. The building is beautiful and clean.

The in-room safes are junk. I overheard another guest having trouble with his safe, and then mine wouldn't open with my belongings inside. Luckily the staff seemed very familiar with the issue and came immediately to get my stuff out. It was still a little stressful.

The location was great and the price was even better. We had to delay our stay by a day and the staff assisted us so we were able to stay a day after which we appreciated. The pool is nice especially when the weather is hot (in the morning). The facilities looke well kept, this is our second stay here and it definitely is not the last.

Parking is not easy sometimes, there are just a few spots but you can always park on the street since the guards watch your car. But I do understand that most people who stay here do not bring their cars so it is fine.

Location is good. Staff is good. On my last day, the hotel was fully booked and didn't had the Premier room. Still they arranged it. The housekeeping staff was good.

The switches do not work. The kettle with Chinese power and with adaptor never worked. The premium rooms key card never worked and manual key was uncomfortable and difficult to open. The bed was very noisy in room 302.

Good room, well equipped and large. Good AC, mini Fridge and good light. Wi Fi service is also good.

The rooms have very little sound isolation so every one that passes by and or speaks you can hear very loud. My first room was right next to the pool and breakfast area, it was horrible. I asked to move to a new room, which improved the noise situation but still for such a hotel and such cost for the room I would expect better. This is why I can give it 5 stars.

The room is very clean and modern. The bed is comfortable with the choice of two kind of pillows. The hotel is located just 5 minutes' walk from the walking street.

I booked 4 rooms and none of us were informed that to activate the hot water we need to push a button under the washbasin thus we had no hot water for two days even though we complained after the first night to the reception but none from reception came to the idea to tell us that!

Our room was clean and the staff was helpful. The room was also spacious.

The parking space was limited and I specifically asked for one but when we arrived, we didn't have one but it's a good thing there was one available at night. The problem was safety protocols for the pandemic were not really practiced. There was a child who kept coughing with no mask and we had to remind the staff several times. Also, a lot of people have no masks there. I think that the place is being used as a place for foreigners and local girls to (you know). They also allow relatives of local girls to enter and use the pool even if they are not checked in.

We totally loved the hotel room. It was very digital and hi-tech. Love the bed and the pillows. Staffs are also approachable.

First, lack of parking. We had to park somewhere else since the hotel parking is limited. Second, key card is not working which I had to call the front desk. Third, there is no chair in the hotel room and tv is not smart ready(netflix,hulu,etc.) Fourth, we had to call the staff for the complimentary bottled water since its not in the mini bar and on the middle night, a staff had to knock on our just to refill some soda. Fifth, loud noises from the pool area can be heard even from the top floor.
