Acacia Hotel Bacolod

Hassle free check in and check out. - Rooms were very clean and basic toiletries were provided. - Great location, near SM Bacolod and Manokan Country. - Breakfast was okay. The room that we got didn't have free breakfast so we paid an additional 375 per person for their breakfast buffet. Options were limited so we only had breakfast at the hotel for 1 day. Love their brewed coffee, no sour aftertaste.

There were lapses in housekeeping. There was this one time we requested the room to be made up and housekeeping only placed 1 towel instead of two. The next day, they forgot to give us tissue (no tissue in the bathroom at all) and forgot to put a trash bag in the waste basket. They easily corrected these when we called to request for the incomplete items though.

We got the Executive suite and it was for my birthday. We love the room because it’s really big, spacious and it has a bath tub. The staff were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The bucket of ice is free and there’s a complimentary coffee as well. I would recommend this place:) Excellent customer service, keep it up!

I liked everything! Staff were very friendly and approachable.

Nothing, really. Maybe when we requested towels in their pool area and they do not have them because it's still in the laundry. lol. Also, wifi doesn't work well. They gave us unique wifi passwords per room but giving us an error. Also, maybe it was just because of the weather that the network/signal is not that okay.

Location is superb. Cleanliness is okay. Comfortable beds and wide hallways. The lobby is vast. check in was a breeze and the staff were friendly. Newly renovated rooms. The towels were old but clean—they need to update them tho.

Breakfast was unsatisfying — very limited choices. They only had three waitstaff for a full seating on the panaad lounge. Coffee cups were not replenished immediately. you can forego the breakfast and eat somewhere else instead.

Love the pool and pool staff. Ideal location for SM mall

Hot and miss on tje food, stayed here 5 times, somedays foods great, other days, not so. Roomservice is the same. Bedding could use an upgrade without stains

Always amazing staff. Please keep the teriyaki rice bowl on the menu, delicious. I've tried almost every item on the menu, and tjis was one of the best yet

Pool seemed a little dirty and low on water.. More attention to stains on the linen.

Very nice rooms. Close to 7-11 for late night snack. Next to the pier for easy trip to iloilo. SM was less than a 5 minute walk away. Awsome staff. Super fast check in and checkout

The first night we lost power few times and I kept waking up super sweaty to turn on aircon. But this was only 1 of 3 nights total stayed

Our stay was overall good. It felt safe, the staff were very helpful, the location wasn't too far from the city center.

Breakfast could be way better. Considering that Bacolod is a place known for excellent food, the breakfast was very ordinary and subpar.

The hotel has very accomodating staff. Very spacious lobby. Room is very clean and tidy. The room also has lots of plugs for charging. The bed, blanket and pillows are very comfortable to use. “Rain” type shower is what I liked on their bathroom. They also have complete set of toiletries.

There make-up room service is only for a limited time. Make sure to request the night before so that the room can be cleaned on the next day.
