We liked that we always felt so welcomed and especially the cleaning staff who do a really great work. We always were looked after as a VIP. We also thank the manager for assisting us with a personal staff member named Dan, who was so pleasant and catered for us anything extra needed. We loved our rooms ,with so much space,and comfortable beds and the high ceilings and the ambience was well done and presented. We will always come back 😊

The internet needs improving.

We loved how beautiful the hotel looks and how nice it was to be on the sky deck. Incredible views around the hotel while on the sky deck. The staff at the hotel are so friendly and took care of my family. I enjoyed breakfast every morning and I enjoyed the gym. The beds and sheets are very comfortable. The air conditioner gets cold and the water gets hot. The rooms were very clean and we got new towels everyday. There are nice size televisions in the rooms too. We can’t wait to stay here again. It was hard to say goodbye to the staff of Stonehill because they were the best part of our stay. Thank you

The Wi-Fi needs help, but we were still able to video chat our family in the States.

The venue is superior compared to other hotels in the county in terms of design. Not only for business, but caters for special events in the city. Well designed and international. Very surprised to find such a property in the Visayas, yet alone Bacolod.

Wi-Fi is terrible, not reliable at all. Had to use it in public areas, not really available in our room. Also, the corridors are not well ventilated, and not air-conditioned. Therefore, despite the great furniture settings there, no one really lingers there as it's quite humid. This place could use a swimming pool, and the gym is very much neglected.

Really enjoyed the room. The staff was excellent. Good location for sightseeing

The shower hot water would consistently not work, but the staff was quick to rectify the problem. Internet Wi-Fi very spotty. The restaurant got worse as the days went by. The longer the stay the slower the service. The last day we were at the restaurant at 605 am and ordered the complimentary breakfast and we were the only ones there and it took 35 minutes to receive our food. The night before this we went for dinner and ordered a burger and the ribs. We were told they did not have either. We ordered 2 pizzas and it took 1 hour to get our order and the place was nearly empty. We had to have dinner boxed up and take it with us as we had plans to meet friends

The breakfast was okay though its a good thing that it is included in the package i have paid for. The rooms are very spacious, well designed, clean and smells really nice. The toiletries were top notch i suspect it was imported from Japan.

The only thing that i didn't like about this property was the floor of the hotel in the general area. Based from what i saw it seems like its not that clean because of sand and dirt im seeing on the tiles.

The hotel is located at the heart of the city surrounded by eateries, shops, universities, and blended with the local community. The interior of the room and lobby far exceeded my expectations. The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast have not much of a selection but understandable because the hotel is not a very huge one. The food was yummy though.

Bad wifi. We were told that the Internet connection was under repair.

I really enjoyed the room. I stayed for 5 nights. It had all the right touches plus the balcony was really nice to have. Housekeeping did a great job at keeping the room very clean during my stay. The staff presented well, being always clean and professional. This property raises the bar for properties in Bacolod. The included breakfast was great although they need to work on their coffee game. Location is cool, lots of neat little businesses popping up in the immediate area.

I wish it had a pool!

Our bed is very comfy, my son’s room been upgraded due to a faulty door with no extra cost. AC is working properly compared to other Hotel we’ve been. Breakfast buffet yummy all the time.

I’m going to mention about the wallpaper in our room it’s been neglected.

Location was good, overall design of the property was nice. Water pressure in the shower was good.

Room in the app was not we expected in real life. It was stuffy and triggered allergies. AC was strange to operate, couldn't get the right temp.

The location and that they accepted my fur baby although the pet fee is quite expensive.

the extra bed i have requested is so hard i can feel the plywood on my back. there was no foam but just a "thicker" comforter. Not what i have expected for Stonehill Suites
