The location is extremely convenient. It’s in the centre of everything.

The ceiling fan. If I switch the fan on the light was also switched on and I do not know how to switch off the light without switching off the fan as well because I like the room pitch black when I am sleeping. And it would be nice to provide a rag especially in the bathroom since the shower area doesn’t have a door. When you’re taking shower water will splash all over the floor. Someone might slip.

The location was very convenient. Never had the hassle to get a taxi, to eat or even shop for anything. Staff were all responsive and the process was very smooth. The room is very decent and large considering its price. I really like the huge bathroom unlike most of the hotels and inns in Baguio. The Houskeeping also cleans the room fast. Overall, it was a very nice stay 😊

The shower has no enclosure and they didnt provide rugs in advance in case the water leaks. There was no socket near the table which I supposedly needed to work. There was also a stain in the sheets which looks like a bloodstain so we had it changed immediately. Not entirely sure if the replacement sheets were clean as we get itchy sometimes and it didnt smell fresh.

Good location and near many eating places, groceries, market and of course Burnham Park.

The rooms we got have windows facing the wall of the next building. While its allows some ventilation, it made the room dark even during the day. Next time, I will select the rooms with windows. I also suggest that the staff maintains a list of pet friendly restaurants for its guests as it is likely the guests with pets will ask for recommendations.

Reasonably-priced despite its excellent location. The area is exceptionally near restaurants and the Pines Garage. Market and Burnham Park is walking distance from the hotel. Room and bathroom were clean, with steady supply of heated water. Considering that it is in the center if the City, the hotel has limited view of the city. Our window did not have one. But the common verandas looked out to the city. The table and chairs allowed us to have meals and coffee. The room was not cramped and it was well lit. Toiletries, however, only include towels, soaps and shampoos. No toothbrush and toothpaste. Drinking water, hot and cold, is available at the end of each hallway. Staff are helpful and friendly. And YES wifi signal was strong 😊

No room view. No dental hygiene supply. No room telephone to call frontdesk.

We stayed for 4D3N in the hotel. Here’s a summary of our positive feedback: 1. LOCATION - The location is superb! It’s just a minute walk away from Burnham and Restaurants. Very convenient since this will save you alot of $$$ from gas or commute. 2. PROPERTY - The room was clean and spacious. They have a shared balcony for each floor with a wonderful view of Burnham and SM Baguio. 3. STAFF - The staff are very accommodating. They made sure to fit my car when there’s a very little space for parking left.

As for the room for improvements, we listed the following: 1. LOCATION - The only problem I had with the location is that it gets a bit noisy at night if you choose to enjoy the view from the balcony. 2. PROPERTY - The room doesn’t have an air conditioner but they provided a fan which was very noisy - so I find it difficult to sleep. They have a window but has a wall outside, so there’s no fresh air coming in. They will also not provide you toothbrush/toothpaste/slippers/rugs in the room so please make sure you bring your own. 3. STAFF - No downside at all. They trained their staff well.

The bed is extremely comfortable, the room is spacious, nice and quiet great for a good recoup if you have been travelling and you need a good rest. I liked the basket with the towels and accessories it was a nice touch. The location was fantastic. The price was good for all this, best stay for me so far in Philippines, thankyou I will come back

Netflix didn't work, shower pressure was weak but was hot and you can still wash so don't let this put you off as it wouldn't stop me from returning

It was close to the park and the popular places

I didn't care for Baguio itself. It was very crowded and transportation up and down the mountain was difficult. The bus ride is very easy to feel sick. The bus dropped us at the mall and it was impossible to get a taxi. We had to walk across town to get to the hotel. With luggage. The hotel is fine. The Town itself is not worth it in my opinion. Of course... You have to invest in screen for the window. ` \°_o)/¯

After 10 days in the mountain towns of Bontoc, Sagada and Banaue we came to the Metro Pines Baguio to get a good shower, solid wifi and comfy beds. We were not disappointed. We loved the central location right across from Burnham Park - and we were lucky to catch the end of the flower festival with happy crowds, fireworks, street foods and markets just out the front doors. Staff was super helpful, even arranging for our clothes to get washed and dried after our 10 days in the cool mountains where drying clothes is hard to do.

On the first night when we rolled back our sheets it looked like they had not been changed since the people before us had used them. Yikkes. Have not had that happen before. But I have made mistakes myself - so what matters is that when informed about the problem staff worked right away to get everything changed. Also - never did succeed in getting hot water in the shower - just sort of luke warm. Still, water was warm enough to have a passable good shower.

Metro Pines is very accessible and affordable! Worth the money!

Weak wifi signal sa room

The reviews are all true, it is in the center of almost everything. The room is spaceous and clean.

They just need to provide door mats especially in the latrine where it gets slippery when wet. No slippers provided.
