The location beside Burnham Park makes it strategic. The room is quite clean and the bed is very comfortable so a good night's sleep is assured. Water dispenser on floors for refill. Breakfast buffet was delicious with wide variety. The staff are very helpful. Olive Cafe is on the premises which has good food and a good view of the trees of Burnham Park.

The AC in the room was very noisy and cannot be turned off (lost knob) so it was a good thing that the thermostat knob when turned low quietened the appliance. Water pressure in the toilet was not very good. Front desk can be slow. Also, wayfinding around the hotel with its three connected buildings can be a maze.

This was a very last minute booking for us due to a very bad experience at the hotel we originally booked - basically we said "let's get another hotel within walking distance" and I booked Venus Parkview online almost at random. I'm so glad I did!! EVERYTHING was better than expected. Without exception, the staff were absolutely lovely and so friendly. The room was great - spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything we needed. And the food in the restaurant was AMAZING and so reasonably priced! I really do want to thank the staff and managers for turning what had started out as a bad holiday experience with our previous hotel into a great experience. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Baguio in the future.

Your staff at the front desk that day was very accommodating to our needs. She upgraded our room with a balcony overlooking Birham Park. She brought up to the room a piece of cake and wished us a Happy Birthday. Your staff at the Olive Cafe served us a wonderful dinner and again exceptional service. But the surprising thing that happened when we were having breakfast was the whole staff brought out two pieces of cake and sang Happy Birthday to my sister and me Very Sweet And your breakfast menu was a lot to eat. Thanking your staff for a memorable stay.

We were cold and we were given blankets. No heaters in the rooms. We were hoping to get a massage in the room but the room was cold. But at least the extra blankets kept us warm

What I like the most was the comforter blanket, thick and warm. Also commendable were the thick bathroom tissue, fragrant soap, and the provision of indoor slippers and hair blower. Breakfast was included in the stay.

Maybe the room assignment. I expected a room with balcony because that's what I reserved when I booked online, but was later on led to a room without balcony and no good view outside the screen window. Another thing, the payment was at the facility. I was surprised when there's a 2-thousand security deposit that will be refunded upon check-out but they didn't explain why. The website didn't reflect that amount. I have a hint of the reason but I would appreciate if they explained. Anyway, generally speaking, I like the place because I like the arts they incorporated in the place and also their staff were polite and kind.

The check in and check out was a really smooth process for us. All staff are friendly and very accomodating. Food is also good. The room was actually big as we thought it would be. On our 1st night, they had issues with their water supply that we had to be accompanied to another room just to take a bath. But it was all good. The staff sincerely apologized about what happened. It was fixed in the morning.

Not much of an issue but twice it happened when our keycard did not work after we requested a room make up. We had to go to the reception everytime after going out just to have it updated. We were told to avoid keeping the keycard close to a gadget but we don't think that was the issue since we always keep our keycard on a separate pouch.

The beds were so soft and the location was in within walking distance to the park, SM Mall, and food areas.

We wanted to leave at 7am cause we were worried about the heavy traffic going to Manila (It took us 10 hours to get to Baguio by bus on the first day cause the storm forced one of the highways to close). We asked for breakfast at 6:30, they said they could only give us packed breakfast. Upon getting our packed breakfast, people were dining in and enjoying their breakfast at 6:45am. I'm not complaining because our packed breakfast was really good. I think better communication would have been better and we could have enjoyed more of the food.

The ambience, staff and guards were very accommodating and helpful, and foods in the restaurant and our unlimited breakfast were amazing.

Room was not spacious, the door in the toilet was broken and cannot be locked, the room has a small bathroom but it was okay, the bad smell in the hallway to our room was not pleasant so I requested the receptionist to spray some air fresheners. It's just that I'm used to smell air fresheners or flowers in most hotels that I've been to.

Their breakfast buffet selection is very nice! I enjoyed the food and the ambiance of the cafe Close to city center e.g. burnham park Hotel staff/workers are friendly and willing to grab you a cab whenever you need one Hotel lobby is quaint! Love the vibe!

The tiles of bathroom is very slippery. I almost slipped! Be careful on this one! The hallway is a bit eerie. Had a hard time sleeping tbh. There is a construction on going. So expect loud noise!

Enjoyed staying at this convenient location in Baguio. Walking distance to everything including the lake, surrounding restaurants, the main shopping street and the night market. Also close by to a local pub that had good music and excellent singers. Had a good buffet range with local Filipino breakfast. And I love the waffles!

The stairs! Did not appreciate having to climb two sets of stairs to reach my room on the 1st floor. Getting old and knees are weak. There is actually a set of elevators, but you have to walk to the other side of the building to access it.
