We definitely loved our stay in this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is exceptional especially when we had our breakfast in their cafe where you get to see a scenic view of Baguio. Considering the affordable price, you already get a 5-star service. The location is far from the center, though (Session Road, etc.) so for those who will go without a car, can just ask or negotiate with taxi drivers to pick you up at the hotel to the location you want to go to.

- Exquisite and Excellent View. This might just be one of the rare cases where the location and view actually look a million times better than the posted or advertised pictures. The Architecture and the View were just spectacular. - The Staff (Including the restaurant staff) were accommodating , Special praise to "Sir Bong" who's positive attitude and kindness just added the cherry on top. - The Room was spotlessly clean. - Equipped with a SMART TV/Wifi so aided a lot in our "retreat" and relaxation.

- There was no Bar, Although I've been told that the paperwork for this is being processed so hopefully this is open soon. - The Food although decent, lacked in variety as most of the listed items were not available. The ones that were available were ok but were not particularly outstanding (Food in Baguio is Generally fantastic). - The Hot Water was not functioning as intended in the shower, This is probably on me for not reporting however it definitely needs repairing or updating.

Overlooking view.

The bathroom has no exhaust fan. Therefore, you need to mask any odor instead of removing it. The room has no intake fan. Therefore, you can't control the flow of fresh air. Although there's an electric fan, what it does is just recirculating the warm air inside even if windows are open. We don't like the stale warm air there is plenty of where we came from.

Super affordable price. Near entry and exit points in baguio but a little far from the city proper. Neighborhood is quiet. Place is so relaxing. Staffs are friendly. Easy wifi access. Not too crowded.

Food should be improved. Not all dishes in the menu are available. Few choices for lunch and dinner. For breakfast, it's good but pancakes are smaller than expected, bacon is not crispy though its ok for the price. Street roads are very steep,need to have your own car. Heating machines or i dont know what machines are they, too noisy especially if your room is located at room 151 and the rest of the rooms there. Towels are a little smelly(maybe not dried well due to rainy weather)

I realized late that it had no air-conditioning and thought I made a mistake booking it. But when we arrived, we realized we don't really need air-conditioning because it gets really cold especially at night. The staff is friendly and provided everything we requested. The rooms look old but generally clean. We love the view!!! It's far from the city proper so it's quiet and peaceful. We also love Kuya Bong! He's very friendly and accommodating!

We ate at the restaurant only once during our 3 days stay because we didn't really like the food. I ordered Chicken Silog and the chicken looked dry and it tasted bland. The coffee is good though and they had free refill. On our day 3, when we went outside in the morning, we saw uncleaned plates with leftover food on the floor. The location is not great as well. It's too far from the city proper and nestled at the very end of a subdivision. It's costly to book a taxi going to and from the hotel.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The view was breathetaking from our hotel reception and room. There was even a view deck that we can access. It was convenient to move around as we were provided transport for our tours and going around the city centre. It was a very relaxing holiday.

The location of our room. We have to turn around the property, go outside to reach our room, that time we stayed it's raining we got wet just to reach our room.. maybe it depends on the location of the room it might not be applicable to all rooms.

Location was great. The name of hotel clearly defines the place, probably one of the best sunset spots in Baguio. Day and night also have astounding views. The place was cool compared to other areas in the city. Rooms are clean and beddings are changed regularly. There's a restaurant with a variety of food choices so no need to go out and buy foods. There's a lot of spaces to hang out. Good for people working online.

Unstable internet connections

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Stunning view. We had great family bonding and relaxation.

It was completely great except for the room is kinda small and the beddings were seemed old but we still had comfortable sleep.

I like the style of the room and how we got it at a good discounted rate. The unit is clean. I like the view from the hotel. Good view of the city lights at night. I like the design of the building. I like that it has a smart tv and you can utilize netflix.

The receptionist isn't very welcoming. You can hear from your room when other people are talking outside. You can also hear the noise from the other rooms, such as loud music. I wish the management would include informing that guests should be considerate of other guests with the noises they make, which may disturb other guests resting in their rooms. One of the beds in the room still has plastic cover for the mattress on it, which was very uncomfortable.
