Amazing value! I was pleasantly surprised with this accommodation given the low price. The location is great and very walkable to many amenities including tons of great restaurants, a gym, mall, ATMs, convenience stores etc. The hotel is very modern and extremely clean, with comfortable beds. The room was relatively small but perfect for a short stay and the AC was excellent. There is a short walk of less than 100m from the Main Street to the hotel, which is located on a lovely and bustling side street. Highly recommend this accommodation for a great value- we’ll be returning on our next stop in Cebu!

Good location. Walking distance to Ayala centre.  Close to many Jeepney routes. Super friendly staff. Even had amenities in bathroom, which I have found rare in the Philippines (for low cost places). Good AC. Good noise blocking windows. I have returned to this place three different times during my trip, which certainly proves my satisfaction! Located in a small alley, hardly accessible by car, but only about 50m walk from main road. The room is a bit small and bare, however, I wasn't staying there anyway.

Great staff (Front desk, security and housekeeping) all friendly and helpful. Clean very affordable room in quiet central Cebu hotel. Ayala mall which is amazing place is close by maybe 15 min walk or short Jeepny ride. Small mall about 5 min walk right turn on main road has Starbucks, Burger King and several good restaurants.

Wifi in room very slow if you can even connect but you can get good Wifi in lobby and enjoy a fresh brewed coffee or instant that Filipinos seem to prefer. Street that Hotel is on very narrow and busy with scooters but is only few minutes from main road.

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. The immediate area is a bit dodgy but the hotel is a short walk from Ayala center and a 10 minute ride from the IT park. The hotel is very well maintained, everything looks still brand new. The room, the corridor, the staircase, everything is sparkling clean. Shampoo and liquid soap with a nice fragrance in the bathroom. Bed was a bit squeaky but comfy, I had to fold the pillow in half but that did the job for me. I was amazed by the quality of everything considering how little money we paid. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If I’m ever back to Cebu I know where I’ll be staying. Thank you for keeping our luggages safe after checking out.

The friendliness and assistance to anything was exceptional from all of the staff. The cleanliness and decor was of top quality. It felt spacious and cool inside considering Cebu’s hot climate.

The hotel is nestled in a central city residential area hence there was dog barking some evenings but it normally stopped mid evening. That is my only slight dislike.

- The room was exceptionally clean - Daily room cleaning - The staff was friendly and helpful - Proper aircon - Bright and spacious room - A hot shower was available - Proper thick blanket was available (usually they just give us an extra sheet as a blanket in the Philippines)

- There wasn't a water gun or bidet in the toilet - Only 1 trash bin which is inside the bathroom - The wifi was quite slow - There was no elevator, but luckily I got a room on the first floor

Super Clean I love it super comfortable, the toilet is clean and it passed my standard clean and the staff are so friendly.

Dont get me wrong but the bed sheet since they are using sheet that ignite my static problem when its to much cold, but all in all they are clean and nice, it just like my static problem on specific sheets😂. and also it would be great if they have double lock inside makes me paranoid though its a safe place.

The hotel is nestled up a short back street. The walk out is a nice taste of Cebu life past a series of Sari-Sari stores with wonderfully friendly locals and is an easy walk to Ayala Centre and local eateries.

Neither of these things reduced our stay enjoyment but could be important to others... Might have been nice to have a TV (for sleepless travellers) and for those with physical disability note there is no elevator access to upper floors so book with this in mind.
