The room was very clean. I also love everything in it like the aircondition, it was working perfectly. The bathroom looked absolutely amazing and well-maintained and I love the bed, very comfy. Overall, it was an outstanding stay.

What I didn't like is that I was assigned in a room that has no windows so even if I turned on all the available lights and lamps, I still find it a little bit too dim for my taste. I wish the room was a bit brighter or atleast have enough lights.

The location is good with provision for parking. Room is clean and lifts are working well. Toilet is also clean and functional. The food is also good, and the price is reasonable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Wifi is fast enough.

The experience is generally ok but I think it would be best if they could provide some switch for the lights because you will have to get to the lampshades yourself. Also, additional charging ports especially on the table will be great so we can work while plugged in.

Nice rooms and a great price for an overnight stay somewhat near the Airport or close to the North Bus Terminal. Both of which need a Taxi. Property was clean and air cond was good! The food from the restaurant was tasty. Friendly staff.

I thought the property boasted it was walking distance to the North Bus Terminal - it is a 30min+ walk. There was not too many other places nearby to eat other than the hotel restaurant. Obviously there is always Grab as an option.

The peace and quiet,roomy,good parking area,good privacy,food is okay been a customer several times,and the water is very good for showering,very ample and well adjusted

Extended my stay one more day,thought my water will be replenished and the bed made up but wasn't,it's okay,maybe company policy,sorry did not do photos just contented to have peace and quiet thanks

The hotel price is very reasonable. It’s easily accessible - 5 to 10 mins drive from UCMed. It has a restaurant at the ground floor that serves quality homemade food for a reasonable price. The hotel is close to a pharmacy, bakery, bank and convenience store. The receptionist and security guard were very helpful.

Budget friendly hotel. Clean sheets and towels. Complete toiletries provided. Has an accessible restaurant near the lobby. Menu was pretty straightforward. Food (breakfast and other items) was pretty good.

No bidet in the restroom. We ordered the set breakfast that was supposed to include free-flowing brewed coffee but they ran out so they offered stick coffee instead. We were charged the same though.

Very accomodating staff. The hotel is located in the middle of where we wanted to go. It is very accessible to Grab and cabs. Very clean, spacious room, and we feel secured staying at Leope Hotel.

They accommodate our early check-in request even though we booked last minute before our flight to Cebu. Both the room and the bathroom is spacious and clean. The hotel is easy to locate too. Strong Wi-Fi inside the room. Not far from the airport which will save you time especially when it is rush hour.

No Wi-Fi at the reception area, that's all.

Very big and comfortable bed and good pillows. Very good selection of breakfast foods to choose,special mention to bacon Big fridge in the room. Staff is nice and helpful. Roomservice available or you can eat at the cantine.(restaurant )

We had to ask/remind the hotel few times to bring us waterkettle or waterbottle which were not ready in the room.
