location was great, close to the centre but just far enough out that it was quiet to sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious for two and clean. Buffet breakfast was also delicious.

The beautiful staff that go above and beyond. Even having my husband's shirt cleaned by conseirge at check in desk. We were booked in on the top level, which was a no go for us being older. And the beautiful receptionist sorted it straight away and moved us to the lowest level. The most comfortable bed Room size great Great price

Unfortunately for us being older, the stairs were a bit of a problem on some days. We were actually booked up on the top floor. But they quickly changed to the lowest which had approx 30 stairs.. Apart from this we loved our stay

The breakfast is not good We booked with breakfast but only used it the first day and the omelette was slimy and greasy and not nice If you can't climb stairs don't book here We loved the stair climber daily but it won't be for everyone A hairdryer would be great as we didn't have one The Aircon worked really well but it was a bit noisy and outside the room was a pump that went off all night so we didn't ear plugs because it was very disturbing

Good location, it’s about a 15-20 min walk (depends how fast you walk) to Coron Town. The streets are quieter in this area if that’s what you prefer. !!!Just a heads up!!! The property is called Vela Terraces for a reason. There is no elevator and if placed in any rooms 400 and above there are ALOT of steps to walk up everyday which I didn’t mind (my exercise for the trip and you so you know that if staff not present you will have to lug up your suitcase up these steps yourself). My husband and I only stayed for 2 nights with only backpacks so not a problem for us at all. There’s a restaurant where you can eat and hotel staff can also easily book hotel transfers for you to the airport. Staff are great and all other facilities are good.

My only problem about the room is the shower. Hot water is very temperamental as in it takes a while for the water to heat up but when it does it’s too hot and you spend 30 min trying to get it to the right temperature. Eventually just took a cold shower which is not too bad because of the heat.

There are A LOT of steps to get to the top rooms. And the “pool view” rooms. Their staff will help with luggage which is a bonus however the climb multiple times a day without luggage is tiring. So bare in mind when booking you need to be able to climb fairly steep steps in heat. The pool isn’t too appealing and you are close to the guests doors.

Staff were so lovely and the rooms were so clean and serviced everyday. Facilities are great too. Our stay included free breakfast from Manggis Restaurant located inside the complex, the food was absolutely delicious! We also had dinner a few times too, the service is fantastic. Staff are so helpful and also booked all of our tours and transportation to and from the hotel. Location is also fantastic, approximately a 10 minute walk away from the town and also quiet. I definitely recommend!

The staff and the service that we received were simply outstanding. Front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Food & beverage team served us sumptuous food and drink. Domestic kept our rooms very clean and even helped us with our bags. Great value for money.

Stairs. But we knew about the stairs before booking. Great warm up for going up Mt. Tapyas. Stayed here with my mom and they accommodated our request for lower floor.

Quiet and cool. Close to Tricycles, McDonalds, Pharmacy (500m) Great value and menu at Resturant onsite. Tricycle driver arranged PRIVATE boat trip .. 4 - 5 locations and lunch. Avoiding crowds. $A2500 - $A3,000 2pax. Inc transfers. Room beside pool. Potential of a 7m dive from upper most balcony into 1.5m pool.

The shower tap was loose and unrepairable. The climb 100m up 5 (short) flights of exterior stairs from roadway to our room (pool level). No bar fridge!

staff were so amazing and accommodating start to finish. we were let down on one occasion for a tour we booked elsewhere so we used the hotel’s tour at short notice, it was amazing and very well organised! also we booked a scooter through the hotel which was also just as organised with a nice clean scooter which worked very well. egg lady at breakfast was so nice, polite & cooked well too!

there’s quite a bit of stairs to climb, however the staff are happy to help you with your bags. WiFi was hit and miss at times. laundry service we feel wasn’t amazing, the clothes didn’t seem to be cleaned very well. shower didn’t work very well too, a bit temperamental
