Super location in Coron - down a quiet path in the town so away from the noise and bustle. The staff are super helpful - I won’t name them personally as they’re all amazing - especially helped us when our ferry was cancelled. Fab industrial style rooms with a super comfy bed. I enjoyed a late night dip in the pool before we checked out - had the pool all to myself! And not to forget the wood fire stove and restaurant also not to be missed. Unreal pizza and roasted fish. 10/10 we will come back!

The only tiny criticism is the fridge is quite bright when trying to sleep but we covered the front panel to block the light.

Exceptionally friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, quiet, nice breakfast, and nice cocktails. The rooms were a comfortable size and everything worked really well. The hotel is open and spacious, walking distance from the bustle of Coron town but far away enough that it is nice and quiet at night. The pool was often free which meant it felt like a private swimming pool during my stay. I really enjoyed my stay at Zenvea and will definitely recommend it to others.

While the hotel is located a short walk away from the centre with restaurants/ bars etc. of Coron, part of the road the hotel is on is not well-lit. At night, this meant that I walked with my phone flash light as a precaution because I was worried cars would otherwise not see me. While this is not technically part of the hotel, it is part of the experience of staying at this hotel. I would recommend either taking a flashlight/ using your phone flashlight or getting a Tuk Tuk up/ down the hill at night for safety reasons.

Service charge at the pool just to walk 4 steps and bring the drinks - not written anywhere , not informed but charged at checkout Mistakes in charging cocktails during the happy hours Waitress has no clue about the cocktails and what she serves - needs training Cash only hotel , impossible to pay by card which was an issue as we struggled to withdraw. Even the deposit is cash only. This needs to change. The ticket system for towels is strange too. Hotel is starting to age, needs some TLC in the common areas (refresh the painting)

Had a very enjoyable 3 nights at Zenvea Hotel. All the staff always wear smiles and do their very best to help and support you during your stay. The hotel is a short walk from the main high street but quiet and away from the busier traffic. The pool and bar were nice to relax with a selection of cocktails and there was a good mix of food at breakfast too. Water refill points were also available.

Some breakfast dishes could have been kept a bit warmer. Could sometimes smell some burning smoke from a neighbouring plot in the evening.

Great location, spotlessly clean, staff were very attentive and the breakfast was excellent. They also catered for a vegan each morning by amending the meals available.

Unfortunately, after breakfast there were no vegan options available on the menu. Guests are unable to bring food in also, so just be aware if you don’t eat animal products you commit to eating out for lunch and dinner each day. This isn’t a huge problem as Coron has lots of options. I’d still stay again with no hesitation knowing this limitation.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Rooms are all neat and modern-looking. Hotel is very spacious too. Liked the variety of their breakfast menu.

Happy Hour was 5-7pm, but there were no other offerings to pair it with because accdg to the staff, it is only available until 3pm. Consider adding more food choices for the in-house italian restarant, as it is too limited. Property was a little bit far from downtown itself, there’s not much food choices around or near the property.

The property was very clean and well maintained. It is walking distance to all of the restaurants and shopping. The Italian restaurant down stairs was very good. We are doing a world tour and have traveled over 60 countries over the last year and I have to say that I haven’t seen a manger of a hotel so involved in ensuring guests satisfaction. The staff deserve a 6* as they were all exceptional. Thank you for making our stay memorable in Palawan!

Wifi in some of the rooms can be improved.

- I think it's one of the best hotels in Coron, altough maybe a bit far from the center and you have to climb a steep road if you don't take a tricycle. However it is manageable - They helped us with transport from/to the airport at a good price - They also facilitated some day trips for us - Breakfast was very good, each day you have a selection from which you can pick - The room was very spacious and had everything you needed. - There were water refill stations on each floor - we really enjoyed that we had a rack outside where we could dry our bathing suits, it's super confortable

The facility is recently renovated. Modern atmosphere and great details in the decoration.

Breakfast changed from buffet to one dish a la carte in the middle of our stay. Staff insisted on us picking our breakfast one single dish on the night prior and time of breakfast which is very inconvenient. Breakfast was cooked many many hours before so omelette was chewy like plastic, too bad the buffet was better before. Pool was cleaned properly, they just dumped a lot of chlorine in it which triggered rashes every time I went in it so the last 2 days i just didn't use it. Last but not least they have a roaches problem which really freaked us out.
