Staff is really helpful even with before we arrived at the accommodation, especially Jiekai who has been very attentive to our questions and needs. My family likes the Family Room, it’s spacious and feels like a home away from home. Location is also near a lot of restaurants and beach area to watch the sunset. Breakfast options are quite limited but they’re still good. I love their coffee and it’s unlimited during breakfast.

Might be challenging for people who have accessibility issues since there’s no elevator. Water supply could be challenging during peak hours like mid-morning.

The accomodation was great with all the necessary utilities in great condition (confortable beds, AC, etc) but the best part of Country Inn is its wonderful staff, particularly its receptionists: Gretchen, Jiekai and Marichu. Not only were they super nice and responsive during our stay but helped us retrieve some shoes we had lost in Coron and received to the ferry station in El Nido (but were unable to pick up) by picking up the shoes themselves and sending them our way to our next destination at no charge. We will be back!

Our stay at Bayview Country Inn in El Nido was nothing short of awesome. The rooms were not only very nice but also conveniently close to the beach, offering a perfect blend of comfort and proximity to the stunning surroundings. What truly stood out, however, was the incredibly lovely and caring staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt a genuine warmth that made us feel like we were at home. The owners went above and beyond to be supportive, assisting us with various aspects of our stay. A moment that left a lasting impression was when one of us got a bit injured at the sea. The support and care provided by the staff were exceptional. Their prompt and compassionate response during a challenging time spoke volumes about their commitment to guest well-being. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Bayview Country Inn for making our stay not just enjoyable but truly memorable. Very nice view from the third floor ! We had a big terrace which was a nice surprise. Nice breakfast options. Staff was very nice and helpful. AC worked well. Located quite close to Vanila beach.

Quite noisy if you’re a light sleeper like us as the hotel is just on the main road to El Nido. There was no housekeeping during our two nights stay. Cleaning at least the bathroom (with all the sand that we cannot rince in the shower) and emptying the waste would have been appreciated.

We had such an amazing stay there. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us as it was a 10mn walk to the tours’ office. The breakfast was super good. And finally the staff was extremely kind, welcoming and thoughtful. They made sure someone was there to check us in when our flight was delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night, they helped us book our boat to Coron. We’re so glad we stayed there. Thank you team :)

Loved everything.

Nice hotel, which looks pretty new. It's possible to have free coffee, tea, water from the reception. All necessary information regarding El Nido can be obtained at the reception desk. The hotel also offers various tours.

The room had windows directly on the road, so it was quite noisy from the early morning. Take earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. Little spece for the breakfast, if all guests come at the same time, you might not have a place.

Good location few steps from the beach, comfy beds and professional staff...but for this money we expected maybe a bit more value.

Cleanness might be better, only cold water in the bathroom's sink, only one half used role of toilett paper for two people and four nights, food and breakfast was average. I would recommend avoiding their Halo Halo dessert, as this was just frozen water with bit of ice cream and weird pieces of jelly on top.

The staff was great, friendly, and very helpful. We actually did not book a transfer service and upon arrival and after contacting the hotel they had one at El Nido airport within 30 minutes. The accommodations were clean. Our group booked several of the rooms (Family Style, Dorm, Triple, and Loft B) and all were really nice and spacious rooms, especially the Loft room. AC worked well so we never felt uncomfortable. Showers had good water pressure, however the hot water didn't always seem to work all the time.

Toilet paper situation could have been better.. they definitely restock it, but make sure you bring some if you're not used to having to provide your own at a hotel. The hotel is vertical, so if you're in the Loft room, you'll have to climb up several flights of stairs. Unfortunately the wifi is also based on the floor you're in so that was a bit of a pain to have to reconnect, if it didn't do it automatically. Otherwise, the signal was strong. There is also a dead spot for cell service at the hotel so if you're inside you won't get any signal. The main mode of transportation in all of El Nido is by trike, and while it was easy to get one whenever we needed (100 php to, and 150 back), making several trips to town in a day was a bit of a pain.

Clean and modern rooms, great WiFi in each floor and a generator that runs immediately when there is a power outage. Staff is helpful (especially Xayne, Gab and Mark who is super friendly). Hotel is located between El Nido and Vanilla Beach (each way with a tricycle was 100 Pesos and 400 from the Airports). Breakfast had a variety of Filipino and Western meals, although the Western ones were very repetitive. We would have loved more fruits but this was somehow an overall issue in the Philippines. They have real filtered coffee in the morning, which is very worth to mention for the Philippines.
