The hotel is in a fabulous location, with the nicest views in El Nido. All the staff were friendly and helpful and would go above and beyond for their guests. The swimming pool was a highlight especially the brilliant barman Arjill who looked after us all week during our stay. Rooms were beautifully made up daily and very clean. Breakfast was basic but live egg station, toast and cereal was all we needed to start our day so did not matter. I could not recommend this hotel enough. We will be back for sure.

Food menu is good for a snack during the day. We felt meals were a little inconsistent depending on the day.

I like the hotel a lot! The rooms are spacious, and beds are comfy and view are amazing! All the staff is very friendly and cute doggies arnd. I had once a food that tasted weird and kitchen cooked new batch.

Wifi is a bit bad. Also sometimes we will not get fresh towels but if u ask it they will immediately send you fresh ones. And my husband dislike the entrance street (mudy and dark) but i guess its still under construction. :)

The rooftop infinity pool was divine! We enjoyed cocktails in the pool by sunset. The bar tender Jerry was super lovely. Close walk to Marrimegmeg beach 5-10 mins.

Our room smelt like sewerage but luckily the hotel changed our room and upgraded without additional cost. The pool could be abit cleaner.

This is one of the most beautiful, soulful, and atmospheric hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything is arranged for the utmost comfort of the guests. The service and hospitality are beyond praise! And the view from the pool is worth every penny. I absolutely loved our room on the second floor with a sea view. The staff is incredibly polite and attentive. The breakfasts are delicious, and there is an excellent selection of cocktails at the bar. Huge thanks to the management for the wonderfully organized Christmas celebration! It was an unforgettable holiday, and we would love to come back here again. Best wishes!

It would be better to add a little more hangers in the closet

The views at the pool to the bay are incredible, which makes it worth it if you plan to have few days also relaxing at the hotel! Also The staff is super helpful and nice! 5-10min tuk tuk drive to the main Center and close to vanilla beach

We stayed in the executive room with our own private pool which had incredible views, only thing for the amount we paid we expected a bit more of the room, you could tell some things where broken or not working well (lights, curtains, doors not closing properly etc). The restaurant is also a bit overprice for the quality of food you get. However, the views you get makes it worth it.

The location was really good, next to Marinegmeg (Vanilla) beach. The view from the pool was amazing, and the illumination at night made it magical. Comfortable beds.

Room didn't have internet, and the TV didn't work the entire time we were there. This was a big letdown, especially for the price we paid. No compensation was offered for this inconvenience. There was internet in the main building/dining area, but again this was highly inconvenient. Especially since I needed to check work emails, and other internet related conveniences.

The staff was absolutely incredible! They had their annual christmas party and closed the restaurant yet were still being super helpful and paying attention. We were also invited to party with them. They were super helpful in ordering rides, recommendations for restaurants and everything you could think of. We arrived super early and were told we get towels and can use the pool while waiting. The view at night is absolutely gorgeous and worth coming to see! The rooms are great and the air conditioning is very quiet. We loved our stay and would come back!

The only thing we didn't like was the shower water pressure. Very hard for a woman to wash her hair.

Gorgeous new hotel with an amazing view over the entire bay and a huge and luxurious swimmingpool with enough places to chill (sunbeds and beanbags). The staff was incredibely kind, humble, generous and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better and more relaxing stay! Worth every cent! The rooms are big and the beds are amazing. Breakfast is fine as well and the pancakes are delicious.

- amazing resort by itself. could not get enough of the infinity pool - forest view rooms gave us santorini vibes - lots of amenities in the rooms - very well-equipped rooms, with smart tv (netflix and youtube) - vanilla beach 10mins away by walking - great value for money on the dinner buffet - staff are always ready to help out, they will call a tricycle or airport transpo or scooter rental place for you at your convenience - very decent island hopping tour packages available - also note: we regret only renting a scooter on our last 2 days. we highly highly recommend you rent a scooter because it's easier and cheaper to get around (not much around the resort aside from vanilla beach)

too many flies in the dining area - very distracting when you're just trying to eat or work in peace
