The day my family and I arrived, we were welcomed with open arms! The staff were all very friendly. Tina (front desk staff) was kind and very helpful. She tried to find and schedule a private boat island tour for us. She pointed us in the right direction for my family to do some zip lining and we all had a great time! I would highly recommend Casa Cecilia because of its location. The room was clean and comfortable! In my personal opinion, it’s in the heart of El Nido Town Proper. It is surrounded by a lot of great restaurants, souvenir shops and vendors. We all felt very safe walking around. Just got to be careful with some of the tricycle riders. They are everywhere. Lol! Lots of great memories were made here and we’ll be cherishing for the rest of our lives!

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the place was very clean. The food in the restaurant was very good and the food prices were good. The room had a small safe to store my valuables. I was there diving and the dive shop was right across the street. It is centrally located. the bathroom was good sized and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. I would stay here again.

The room was pretty small and there was really no furniture so my bags had to stay on the floor. Part of the bed was taken up with my charging cords and devices because there was really no place to put them.

First, we got room 203. We were very disappointed since it was a very small and dark room. Unlike any of the pictures of the room type we booked.The floor was dirty, the air-conditioning was very noisy, there was a small window with no air flow, and the water pressure in the shower was very low. Fortunately, they changed us to room 204. This is a lovely room, cozy with a lot of storage room. It's exactly like the first couple of pictures on booking. It has two windows and it is quite spacious. The hotel also offers free coffee every morning in the lunch area. Staff was very welcoming and helpful :)

It not far from Everything, the beach, banks, food stalls, small markets. My Family enjoyed our stay there. We booked a Tour and the staff organized everything for us, inkl. the food packages and the Van which brought us there and back to PPS. This place is family friendly, we had a room good for 6 people, is worth every penny. There might be sand everywhere but hey you are from the beach so do understand why it might be messy while using their facilities.

There was a smoke detector that disturbed us from our sleep but the staff took care of it, they were really nice with handling those matter.

Incredibly clean and comfortable room, really friendly staff and a really nice cafe for breakfast within the structure. Many rules but definitely really easy to follow. Amazing location, walking distance from everything and really close to the sea. 24h reception always ready to offer help. Definitely worth the price.

No mention about the WiFi is done in the announcement, so I thought there was none. Last day I saw the name and the password near the reception, but nobody ever even mentioned it to me.

What I love most is the location of the hotel. It is walking distance to the best restaurants & bar: Angel's Wish, Maa's Grill, Art Cafe and Sava Beach bar. Walking distance to the beach (not really for swimming just for tour pick up), the church, flowershop, a popular bakery shop and Gusto Gelato. The staff were great and very accommodating as well. They helped us arranged a transfer to Nacpan beach and offered the best way to go there. The staff even gave recommendation what other place we can visit along the way.

The lack of toiletries. There are only 2 sachet of shampoo and 2 small soap and I think you can still improve the rooms. No hangers, no chair, no closet.

The room was only for 1 person but me and partner both stayed in there. There was more than enough room for 2 people. The rooms had a small double bed , private bathroom. It was central to el nido. The staff were lovely. And the rooms were clean. The price was also very affordable

The coffee was not nice. But you are surrounded by cafes in the centre. there is also grounded cafe only a few metres walk away.

Amazing and very welcoming staffs.All of them will greet and assist you. I would like to commend how professional and friendly Mr.Niño is. He is the highlight of our stay.The only available room when we booked is a family room so it’s spacious for us as a couple. Location is perfect too. Thank you Casa Cecilia team Precious and Andres

It’s not that we didnt like but surely breakfast options and taste can be improved.The TV signal as well is inconsistent.

Great location right in town and close to the beach for access to boat trips. The room was clean and bright. Private bathroom was great. There is a cafe downstairs with barista coffee and good breakfast options. The staff were very professional and friendly.

Missing the usual small touches like tea, coffee, water facilities in the room. Though there was free filter coffee in a common area downstairs.
