The location is good, it's walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops, and has a restaurant attached downstairs as well as being opposite a motorbike rental shop. It's a short drive to town and beaches. Breakfast has 3 options, which change every morning, and is served on the 4th floor with an amazing view. We were able to book and pay for a van through reception without any problem. We had hot water, ac, WiFi etc.

-Although the sheets were clean, they had a blood stain on the corner. -Rooms only serviced on every second day. -You have to go down to reception every morning to get vouchers to take to the 4th floor for breakfast. They should just give you the vouchers upon arrival.

An excellent stay for a number of reasons. Good facilities, amazing helpful staff who went out of their way for me, and most importantly HOT water in the shower. The hotel is also surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. The first room I booked was when the water stopped working and after the staff tried to fix it, I was actually upgraded.to the front seaview/sunset room with large balcony so it definitely was a fantastic gesture. I actually needed medicine at one stage so the ladies went to the pharmacy for me.and wouldn't let me.pay but of course I couldn't allow that so I actually paid them extra as it was a beautiful gesture. I would definitely stay here again and thank you so much!

Nothing to complain about

I love the view outside of the room and also the view every time we will have breakfast in the morning. I like the bed, it’s very comfortable and there is fridge inside the room. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our 4 days stay here. There is also a tricycle outside the hotel if you would want to go in the town proper or whatnot. Thank you.

There were a lot of flies outside so you better turn the lights out during night so it won’t go inside the room. The blower is not working and there is no Netflix.

Very friendly/helpful staff. Booked 2 rooms for my family . Staff very accommodating especially to my mother. Nice strong AC unit . Overall good little hotel accommodation if you just need a room to spend the night since you’re out exploring El Nido during the day. The staff also assisted us in booking activities for Tour A and C . The hotel is on the main road and short walk to Lime resort if you want to eat at their restaurants .

Doesn’t have clear path to go to the beach. The room has a small space but not bad. Mosquitoes so make sure to apply a repellent. This is pretty common here anyways . Breakfast is ok if you like Filipino food.

The staff were great, good facilities (breakfast area, restaurant and bar downstairs), the air conditioning in the room was perfect l.

Shower wasn’t great, we went to refill our bottle of water in the breakfast area and there were lots of ants coming out of it (not really clean).

Very welcoming staff , stayed 3 nights very comfortable. Room with balcony was the room i choose to stay which was a great, private balcony where u can have tea or coffee with sea view.

Shower and the toilet smells bit.

Very proffesional and welcoming approach. We booked only 30 minutes before our arrival and it was not a problem. We had room without window, but clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Excellent view from the terrace while having breakfast.

Location, modern room accommodation, neat and fancy tiles, water heater, nice sea view in the restaurant, free drinking water in a cooler. Private bathroom.

The property is very accessible to some shops, restaurants, and small stores. The staff were exceptional, accommodating, and helpful.

The water supply is not that much. I think the light in the washroom must be brighter.

I love the food.. Pag nag order ka madami serving tpos mura lang!

Mhina po tlga ang network cgnal sa El Nido lalo pag nsa room. But good thing they have internet lalo na sa lobby and dining area malakas internet
