This is such a great hotel and we loved our stay here. Firstly, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - They can arrange tours A to D for you, organise transfers to other parts of Palawan and you can hire a scooter from them directly at a reasonable 500 pesos a day. The female owner in particular is incredibly warm and friendly and she goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. Secondly the room was perfect for us. It was very clean, modern, bed was comfy and had a lovely balcony with a good view of El Nido. The bathroom was clean/ modern and after being in Port Barton the hot and filtered water was a bliss! The complimentary breakfast served was delicious and varied, it provided us with the fuel we needed for our busy schedule of tours. Whilst the hotel is situated on the outskirts of El Nido it is only a 10- 15 minute walk to the town centre. People complaining about this clearly don’t use their legs! We found it a perfect location since it was away from the music and noise of El Nido to allow for a peaceful and quiet sleep. There are also some great local restaurants at the foot of the hotel. Overall, highly recommend this hotel. It would be hard to find a better hotel in El Nido.

I recently returned to a hotel in El Nido for my second visit, and I'm delighted to report that my experience was just as pleasant as the first time, if not more so. Over the past five years, the surroundings of the area have noticeably developed. There are now numerous modern restaurants and cafes, which were a delightful addition to the local scene. One of the most significant improvements for me was the enhanced internet connectivity. Both mobile internet in the area and Wi-Fi in the room were reliable and fast, making it feasible for me to work remotely without any connectivity issues. This was a huge plus as it allowed me to balance leisure and work effortlessly. The hotel staff deserve special mention for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with various needs. Whether it was helping me choose a rental bike, booking tours, or arranging transfers to Puerto Princesa, their assistance was invaluable and made my stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, my stay in El Nido was a wonderful blend of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. I look forward to my next visit.

We liked very much the location and the fact that Lizza ,the heart and soul of the business, was all the time preoccupied about our comfort. You don ‘ have to worry about the ABCD tours,she does everything,just let her know one day before.The WIFI was perfect at the ground level,where we stayed. The distance between Layang and centre of El Nido is actually the best thing and you will convince yourself about it the first time you arrive in the middle of the noise and agitation of the town centre.In fact,it’s only 10 minutes,very safe and pleasant to make

- just to show how much we enjoyed this place we extended our stay from 3 to 5 days and we didn't want to leave as we felt at home, we just couldn't stay any longer as per our travel plan - Miss Liza is the sweetest and the friendliest host you can imagine, she helped us with everything we needed, including booking the tours (which we really enjoyed), transportation and even medical assistance we needed - the breakfasts were very good with several options every day to choose from - if you ever walked in your life then Layang Layang home me is not far away from the center and actually the walk is very pleasant and on the way you have a great local restaurant Mia's which you should definitely try - Apart of Miss Liza, her nephew Nico was very helpful and super friendly - the room was big enough and the bed comfortable and if needed there is air condition in the room - we will definitely be back in the future!

We loved staying here. The rooms are one the smaller side, but great for the price! The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful! Warm water in the shower, with great pressure. Saw that someone mentioned about the ants in the reviews, we had a small amount of ants in the bathroom but nothing that bothered us very much, I informed the housekeeping team about it and they seemed to be able to get ride of the ants every time they cleaned/ once a day. The hotel is a 10-15 min walk from El Nido town centre, both my partner and I loved the walk from the hotel to the town. The walk is especially beautiful in the night when you can see all the stars. Mr Niko picked us up from the airport, a very smooth and quick ride with the tricycle. Will absolutely stay here again! Can highly recommend!

The property was clean and spacious. All the necessary facilities were available, and the staff were kind and accommodating if we had any other requests. Liza and her other team members were very polite and welcoming which we appreciated during our stay there. Highly recommended place to stay in El Nido for leisure with beautiful views, especially during sunset hours. There were also available water (warm and cold) dispensers on each communal floor which was a good thing to have.

I liked the majority of the property, nothing negative in particular stood out for me.

The Hotel: The room was spacious and cozy with good air conditioning. Everything is in decent condition and relatively clean. High-pressure shower with warm water was great. The Stay: The bed was comfortable and the street was quiet. The hotel is not centrally located, but still a short walk to the beach and other attractions. The Service: The staff were very kind. Lizza always went above and beyond to ensure your comfort. They will support you in any way they can. Staff will book recommended tours and airport transfers for you with pickups set directly from the hotel. All in all… it was a decent stay.

WiFi connectivity was weak and inconsistent and my data plan didn’t reach the area. Ants spotted on the bed and the safe didn’t work. Power outages were frequent, but this is common in the Philippines. Lizza has a generator on site which quickly solved the problem. All other issues were addressed and resolved in a timely fashion.

A lovely hotel, a bit away from the bustling center of El Nido, which turned out to be a plus for us. El Nido can be quite loud, and here, we found a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. There's a beautiful viewpoint near the hotel, offering stunning vistas of the sea and nearby islands. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the center of El Nido. We experienced long wait times during check-in, a concern easily addressed by changing check-in and check-out times. The current schedule, with check-out at 12 and check-in at 14, poses challenges for efficient room cleaning, resulting in a crowded lobby and chaos as guests eagerly await room availability. The breakfast was correct, but we believe there is potential for enhancing both the quality and taste of the food.

- It was a bit weird that we needed to leave our shoes at the entrance all the time. - The breakfast was a bit poor and the portions are small - The internet was terrible, so we needed to change the accommodation, as we were working remotely - And this is the most important one: the location is only reachable by motorbike/car when there is low tide, as you need to drive on the beach. If you stay out late (after 9-10 pm) you need to drop the motorbike and walk
