The location is prime! There are not many rooms available at the inn so it doesn't feel too congested with people. Despite the rooms being small and outdated, the beach front views makes up for everything. The breakfast is also included. It is steps away from all the beachfront restaurants and at the centre of El nido town. Loved the location! Would definitely stay here and at this particular inn again!

The rooms are quite small and dated.

Location. It is right on the beach and very close to island hopping boat jetty. 2 minutes walk on the beach from resort. One side of the resort has beach and other side has food & restaurant street. They have access from both side. Deluxe rooms has best access to beach. Try El Nido Bakery. Their snacks are good. Do not miss scooter ride to Lio beach and Nacpan beach. These are less crowded and beautiful beaches with white sand.

Staffs are not that welcoming. Front desk closes at 8pm which travellers don't expect, specially families with child. Breakfast is too basic.

Lovely room .It is very0 bright and colourful. I was in Jessica's cottage.The bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and kind .I particularly liked the manager and talking to him .He's been on cruise ships earlier in his life .He goes the extra mile .Being right on the beach is a bonus .This is right in the middle of town .It is very near restaurants and the port for island hopping tours .Breakfast was good with brewed coffee .

If you don't like noise ,this is near to bars so can be loud until early morning .I sleep with ear buds so it didn't worry me. I saw that the Marigold ,as it was called, has been taken over by BPod as it's called now. Locals say the present buildings will be knocked down to make a 3 story building with shops like Dunkin Donuts ..If that's the case, I won't be back next year .It will ruin the present ambience .El Nido since the pandemic has become unrecognisable due to development by rich Chinese ,Koreans and other rich immigrants .The prices are out of control .I suggest staying somewhere like Coron Beach if this does become.e a 3 story building .

The location is stunning. It is right on a beach. When you get out of your bed in the morning and step out of the door the view takes your breath away.

I did not like anything else. The room is tiny, the bathroom is tiny. The pictures used by the facility are not in line with reality. The breakfast is pretty bad. If it weren't for the view I would rate this location as horrible. If you want a gorgeous view and dont care about the room and breakfast I recommend this place. Would I stay there again? Yes, I think I would.

We had a great stay here! Beautiful view of the beach where we watched the sunset and sunrise. Also had our breakfast at the beachfront. We recommend this place, clean, comfy, perfect location and not least very helpful staff!! THANK YOU for a perfect stay. The hotel's dog Peanut is also SO cute, we loved having him running around! But bring you slippers inside, as we found him chewing our shoes at one point haha

This is not the hotel's fault, but we had many mosquito bites while staying here - so don't forget to bring bug spray with deet! Maybe the rooms can be sprayed with something to keep out the bugs before guests staying here? And maybe some repelling candles would be good at the beach front ?

The location was excellent! Right in front of where the trips start daily. Shops, bars, ATM and everything you need is nearby!

The water pressure! You need to be very patient or use the bucket to shower the old school way.

The hotel is central with quick access to everything you could want. It is situated on the beach, there is a gate to access the beach. The back gate then gives you access to the bars/restaurants/shops. During the evening this road turns into a walking street when it is closed to vehicles, it is a lively place. Pleanty of access to Trikes (Tuk-Tuks) to cisit further afield. If you want to visit Napcan Beach, the dtiver will wait ther for you to return at your leaisure for a very reasonable price. The size of the room was much bigger than I expected and we had two beds which was a bonus. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and booked us a trike to the ferry port early morning. Breakfast was included, not a great deal of choice but it was nice for free.

Nothing really, a really good hotel for the price we paid. If I had to pick one thing it would be on the Saturday night the music outside the hotel was noisy but this was probably because we had an early start on the Sunday and went to bed earlier than normal. I didnt notice it any other night.

It was super nice to stay next to the beach, we got a really nice view during breakfast. Talking about breakfast, while it was simple, it was really tasty, especially the filipino breakfast. The room was clean, even though a bit old and it was just OK to stay there. The location has a pro and a con. The pro is that it’s right in the town so you have everything nearby.

what I read in other reviews is true about a weird smell in the bathroom, but I knew that when I made the reservation so I just had to accept it. This is not the fault of the Marygold Beachfront Inn but it is located next to a couple of karaoke bars and other bars so the noise during the night is too much, I found it difficult to sleep the first night, but the second night I was so tired from the island hopping that I slept through it.

Beachfront position with great views of the bay. The staff are absolutely excellent across the board. Rooms have a cottage feel about them which make you feel at home, they are also of a good size and very clean. Air-con works very well and there is also a ceiling fan if the air-con gets a bit too cold. Nice flatscreen t with lots of channels including film channels. Breakfast is served to your table outside your room if you prefer that. It’s a wonderful place on the beach in the middle of El Nido

The Karaoke bars can be a bit loud till early ours of the morning, I’m surprised they do this as those bars are biting the hand that feeds them.

Location was great, right on the beach, close to restaurants and bars. Parking available.

The decor needs updating and also the drainage system. During our stay, there was a bad onion/garlic smell coming from the drains in the bathroom and maintenance didn’t know how to fix the issue. The price was expensive for the accommodation.
