- DJ set and sunset view are great - The room is spacious and confortable - The food, breakfast and cocktails are good

- The staff is really distracted and not attentive. Forget orders, long waiting time even if the place is empty, forget bills or ask you to pay twice - The reception could be much more friendly with the guests - The internal pool is dirty - They take a significant mark up on the tours, better book in town - The trash deposit right at the entrance of the hotel it smells and it's not so pleasant

Panorama is simply a hidden gem. Lovely rooms and amazing staff. Jeppy, Arnel and team are just wonderful.

We were disappointed that the hotel did not inform us before we arrived that they had building work going on, and the beach club was closed. This was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. The restaurant is quite expensive and lots of items on the menu were not available. However the food we did have was lovely. To improve I suggest that you have a member of staff serving guests around the pool area also.

Comfortable beds. Quiet room (when door to bathroom was closed. ) Friendly and helpful staff. Dependable and proactive reception staff. Unique beach front cafe and bar with spectacular views across the bay and towards the sunset. Good restaurant food. An unusual Cabana style in a private and low density location.

General care and maintenance needs attention. Faded paintwork, loose faucet, toilet seats askew and broken main room door handle. In general, there was a feeling of lack of attention to detail. The bathroom has an open air window just covered with mosquito netting. This lets in heat and also noise from the adjacent property. A crying baby was often in full voice. It would be good to have lighting over the toilet and shower. These areas are rather dark.

In Panorama beach club and resort the first and most important is the good impression of the staff! All of them very polite, willing to help and always happy to make you feel comfortable. Of course if you visit the hotel you will appreciate the design and the good taste of everything. The owners took care of the last detail on the resort which makes it one of the most beautiful hotels in El Nido!

The hotel is excellent overall, but the humidity can be an issue, which is common in El Nido. Adding a dehumidifier in each room would make it perfect, especially since the rooms have limited ventilation with only the main entrance as a window. Fresh air or a dehumidifier would greatly enhance comfort

It is secluded but you do not feel isolated. Only 8 huts/guest rooms makes it private. The breakfast is a la carte and with a Spanish take - really tasty and exceptional. Menu for lunch/dinner is varied and tasty. Great drinks. Staff is kind, warm and ready to make your stay special. Sunsets are breathtaking from upstairs restaurant or downstair bar which has a small infinity pool you can dip in and have a drink in. Panorama is a short 10 min ride on tricycle (local tuk tuk) if you want to explore town of El Nido. An island hopping day trip is a must.

Loved the privacy of the property. The villas were so unique and offered everything we needed for a week long stay. The staff were exceptional! Special shout out to Reynold, Jeppy and Christian who were all so kind and hospitable. Faculties were wonderful and it was amazing to have such a cool restaurant and beach club adjoined to the accommodation. We organised Tour A and bike hire through the hotel reception and everything went so smoothly. Massages were divine and food and cocktails were also exceptional! Loved it!

The best hotel in our entire stay in the Philippines! Surprisingly there are only 3 stars, should be more. Very beautiful, modern design. The staff is helpful, very friendly, everyone knows their business. Clean, can see is being personally monitored. Delicious food and a quick solution to any of your problems or situations. Sunsets are simply mesmerizing, delicious cocktails. Despite the fact that the hotel is located close to the road, there is no noise, and the "neighbours" are not visible. You can only hear roosters, but they are everywhere, so they do not disturb you. There is a refrigerator with drinks in the room.

It is located right on the beach, you can swim, but you will have to walk very far in the water, to be able to swim. The water in the room has a strong iron taste, and is far from the cleanest (but there is additional bottled water, which is regularly replenished). The Internet in the cafe area is not very good (although it is excellent in the room and in the pool area), there is almost no cellular connection, which does not allow using the phone to share the internet.

I usually never write reviews, but this time I am happy to make an exception. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time here. In terms of accommodation, this was by far the highlight of our trip to the Philippines. Everything was fantastic, from the breakfast to the dinner, from the pool to the delightful lounge beds in the beach club. The absolutely stunning sunset was the cherry on top. I would like to personally thank Eunice and Jeppy for their excellent care during our vacation. They are such lovely people. I wish everyone could have an experience like we did. Once again, thank you for everything, and I wish the entire Panorama team lots of happiness and good health.

It was exceptionally clean and looked luxurious. The common area, pool and restaurant I believe better and more beautiful than the photos. The staffs were polite, nice and very helpful. The foods and drinks served in the restaurant were all good and delicious. The prices obviously more expensive than the town nearby but I think absolutely worth it.

I found two things annoying there: 1- a very bad smell near the pool that spreading for one day. I think it was caused by some issues with the swage system. 2- they were expanding the area I guess. So, all the times we were there, there was constant noises of construction nearby which made it difficult to relax near the pool. (It was not heard in the rooms)
