The facilities are great. Gym, many pools, slides, games room and two restaurants as well as swim up bar. There are different pool areas so you can always find peace and quiet. The beach is okay, rocky and the water not amazing to go in to but the pools more than make up for it. The staff were all exceptional. So welcoming, helpful and efficient in service. The breakfast buffet is good. Could have a few more baker options like croissants but overall it was nice and changed options every second day. The food in the restaurants is good quality and huuuge portions! Not a lot happening around the resort but you can get a tuk tuk from the gate to spa, other restaurants etc... further in the town area. In general rough roads and not a lot happening. If looking for adventure Maolbol or Oslob probably better options. This was pure relaxation!

The rooms are basic for what you pay but we didn't stay in it very much so didn't mind. The furniture needs an upgrade for sure but I think a lot of things were ruined in the typhoon. Lots of construction going on in this resort and others still. The noise from construction however never bothered us, we didn't hear a thing. Tour desk- hotel should have some company they hook up with or their own boats and tour options for example to do island hopping. Spa- closed due to damage during the typhoon. The front desk recommended a place that was nice that we went to or they can have them come to the hotel.

Most of what you have to offer. Check in was nice. You have very friendly staff. The lobby, gardens and pool were beautiful. We loved the breakfast buffet.

I was really hoping I could go for a swim at the beach but it didn't look good. I was disappointed. Also it would be nice if you offered airport pick up.

I booked this place because the swimming pool had slides in the teenage boys would have so much fun but when we got to the pool and started to walk up to get on a slide we were informed the slides were only open on friday and saturday that is complete bologna bullcrap if you going to close an amenity like that let me know before i booked a room please! Really why can't the slides be used on any other day that is completely ignorant. So if i am not going to have my teenage boys come and stay night or so then i would stay here . On the other hand if i have children with me i will not stay here no fun can't use the slides. A couple of other hotels told me , i will let you use hours everyday 😜

Grounds were lush and lovely. I enjoyed the water slide and extensive pools. Food was excellent . Pleasant to eat outside. Foyer exceptionally beautiful with polished stone floors and high ceiling. We danced in the foyer when the piano and singer entertained

Not a good place to swim in the ocean - does not look clean and I dveloped an ear infection after swimming in the ocean here

The staff, pools/beach/leisure areas, restaurants and poolside bar were all fantastic. The staff at the beach for the water activities like kayaking were brilliant

We were a bit surprised to be staying in what seemed like an ex-apartment block to the side of the main resort area as the quality and style was quite different from the main area (the main area gives a great first impression and very high expectations for the rooms). However, we can't complain about the rooms themselves, the facilities and amenities were all great!

People made the difference

the breakfast was awesome, very good food. the staff was always helpful. Rooms were clean and staff that cleaned the rooms were always helpful. Excellent job for the employees that cleaned the rooms.

We liked how open and spacious the design was which added to the chill and comfortable vibe we got while staying by the poolside. The architecture of the resort was well thought out and it added to the ambiance of the place. The food was good too, though could have been improved if there were 1 or 2 additional options in the buffet. The staff were nice and welcoming and made us feel comfortable.

We didn't really like having to wear the blue tags to identify us as hotel guests since there were cumbersome at times. And it took some time for the staff by the poolside to cater to our order, but they were still very courteous.

There are lots of swimming pools and a beach. The food is excellent. Our room is quite nice and big. Clean and complete with toiletries and all. Thank you for accepting my request to prepare something for my girlfriend.

I love the ambiance, pools and food. Would definitely recommend this to my friends and peers.

The receptionist who assisted me was too slow, we had a long flight, but she took too much of our time just to complete everything and provide the key. She's also talking in vernacular when i am already speaking in English whenever i ask her something.
