We loved everything about the hotel! The staff were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We arrived a few hours early and were prepared to wait before we could check in but the staff had our room ready after brunch. They even gave us a ground floor room to accommodate our mom as she can't climb stairs. The food at the restaurants was delicious, and there were plenty of options at the breakfast buffet. The spa is also excellent; I had the best massage while I was there!

A minor problem, but we noticed that the drain in the shower backed up into the drain underneath the sink, which caused suds from our bubble bath to cluster around the drain underneath the sink. Our aircon also stopped working on one evening, but the staff dealt with it very efficiently.

Very nice resort with hard working personal. Pitty the Philipine gouverment stick on the idea that facemasks will protect the personal. That is absolutely not true. The gouverment relay on Western Vaccins but when we in the West already said goodbye to the facemasks the gouverment is stuburn. Facemasks gives you 25% less oxigin ! Pitty for all the hard workers in the Philipines.

More western variation in the breakfast. Ham, cheese, sandwich sausage.

A convenient stop or sleep over when you have to catch a flight because we all know traffic in Cebu is nuts. If not, could not really connect to the vibe. It might be a resort and maybe some people can enjoy real holiday here...but for me it all had a bit too much of a factory feeling. Lots of seminars lots of activities and people rushing in and out. All considered. It is ok.

You should not announce shuttle service if this means just calling a black cab and paying 1000Pesos. Just day "we can arrange transport for you"

Guest services particularly the F&B did an amazing job, they made my nephew's 7th year bday funtastic and memorable! Well done team!

I didn't like the check in process. They insisted for a Booking.com hotel voucher, was even told it was sent to my email but I didn't receive it. The senior check in agent said they need it as it's a hotel policy! If thats the case, change your policy! This was an online booking therefore you only needed the booking.com confirmation number to view the reservation and thats it. Do not insist for a voucher that was not sent to me, this is not a good customer experience. If it was not because of your F&B team, I would have rated you below 8.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. The location of the Amuma Spa suite is very good, because day-visitors can’t use the pool there but instead have to use the main pool at the restaurant. This keeps the pool at the suite calm and not overcrowded. Housekeeping was helpful with restocking our complimentary water, all you have to do is ask. Our baby developed a fever during the stay, and housekeeping offered to call the nurse for a check up (they have a clinic at the resort). Staff really gave that bit of extra personal service and attention. Breakfast: lots of options. The massage at the spa is excellent, calm surroundings with a nice smell of lemongrass really relaxes. The food may be a bit on the higher end of pricing, but since you’re at a resort you’d expect that. There’s plenty of restaurants outside of the resort.

Dinner at the seafood restaurant “the cove” was good, but compared to the food at the regular restaurant (allegro) it’s not extra special, though the price is extra high. Would not eat here again because of the price.

The buffet options were really good and had a lot of variety. The entire resort was well staffed and were very helpful. All the rooms we booked were great with a lot of things that checked off our list.

The food and drinks menu I'd say was priced very fairly with the quality and portion sizes, a small complaint might be the cost of a can of soft drink is at 225PHP which is insane. The staff was very good with replying with queries prior to coming to the resort, however with asking a late check out or extending our stay, we couldn't do it over here or via email. It had to be in person and by then it'd be too late to get a chance to check out late or add an extra day to your stay.

Clean and spacious rooms, well appointed. Huge bathrooms. Pretty pool. Great breakfast buffet. Reasonably close to airport and harbor where our dive liveaboard was located. Clean beach. Wonderful spa! Had an excellent massage.

We stayed for 3 nights - 2 before the liveaboard and one after. Our flight left later in the evening after our last night at the resort. Because of the day-use rules, it was surprisingly difficult to get towels to use at the pool or to take a shower in a friend’s room after we’d officially checked out. I understand concerns about loss of towels, but after being there 3 nights, I expected more grace about staying on the property a few extra hours.

The resort is built on 2 levels max and in a native style. Inside the rooms are rather spacious and have a creative design, especially the bath room. The resort is a big park, so everywhere you have the pleasant shade of bigger trees, flowars and nice paths. The restaurant, the bars and the cafes are very nice but on the price level of the hotel. There are plenty of restos ourside, several on walking distance, others a 100 Pesos tricycle ride away and most of them deliver to the hotel. The staff is very supportive and competent and always smiling and friendly.

Inquiring an island tour was just bad. The front office sends you to the guys at the beach (called coordinators) and this is where it gets different. These people barely speek english and just try to sell you something called "3 islands hopping". This is regardles, if they get you there at high tide and the promissed white sand beach is under water. Your problem. We solved this by booking outside which saved us also many Pesos.

Rooms and spacious, and we especially liked the roominess and lay out of the bathroom. The room provided to us was a few steps away from the beach and pool. We loved that we were allowed to stay and have drinks by the poolside even after hours. The restaurant was open 24/7, and the staff were accommodating to us.

Although there was a private beach just a few meters away from the resort, it didn't really have much to it. We still explored anyway, but our group could've gone without visiting that private beach as we didn't have a lot of time to spare.
