Ideal place to stay if you’re needing to go to the airport. Room was very clean, shower was great & the bed was so comfy! 2 pillows each with very comfy sheets & mattress. An added bonus that the hotel had a big smart tv which had Netflix with the hotels account logged in already. Shuttle service was very easy and convenient & great that it was included in the price of our stay. Hotel is also in a great area to get food delivered too, there’s also a McDonald’s a couple minutes walk down the road.

We had very nice room with river/lake view. The room has smart home functions like aitomatic curtains and lights. The beds were sooooo comfortable. The best beds we had so far in the Philippines. The bathroom was big and also very clean. I can fully recommend this hotel.

8 min drive to airport. Shuttle service is very nice. We came early and check in was 2pm, but it was ready by 1pm! Clean room, Good toiletries (Slippers, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush pack, vanity pack.) Really like the touch buttons - They are beside bed and control lights, aircon and the curtains! The removal of do not disturb signs was a nice touch, and used buttons again that showed up on a lit up on outside of room. Smart tv is a nice touch. Fridge/mini bar with free water and a choice of beers. Think i counted 5 free bottles of water in the room. Breakfast was good - it's not a buffet but they offer a good selection with good portions. Staff were friendly. Free WiFi is always nice.

Lunch options could have been better - Didn't like the calamari but the sandwich option was nice! Maybe more fruit juices with breakfast - They offer fruit itself with breakfast (mango, watermelon and pineapple) but would like to see more fruit juices. The sink is outside the bathroom. Nothing wrong with it, just a weird bathroom layout in my opinion 😅

I booked two deluxe queen rooms for our family of four and the rooms were much better than I expected. The room in the pictures on booking.com seemed to be a bit dark and drabby but I think it’s because of bad lighting. The room was much brighter with a lot of lighting and the walls appeared to have been painted recently in white without a smudge. It’s close to the airport which was great because our flight arrived at midnight. There was a mini fridge although the room details didn’t include a fridge. I asked ahead and got the free airport shuttle even though the hotel details say the operation hours are until 23:00. Immigration took more than an hour and we were the last ones out which got me a bit nervous but the driver was still there waiting. Also, Google map says you have to walk a bit to the left to cross the road to get to gaisano mall but there’s (half of a) crosswalk almost right in front of the hotel.

Our room faced the highway and like others mentioned I could hear the traffic from outside. Rooms facing the other side might be more quiet. I didn’t have any trouble falling asleep as it was 2am but I think I did wake up to the sound of motorcycles in the morning. Light sleepers may have some trouble. The plus side was I could look up and down the street and get the rough size of the gaisano mall across the street. :)

Great location near to the airport as we were getting a flight the next day. they offer free airport transfer and breakfast included which was tasty and a lot of food! they also serve dinner at an additional price until 10pm. the staff were friendly and the room was immaculate and very comfortable. the staff were very helpful.

we were in room 302 and it was next to a loud generator which was connected to the restaurant on the 2nd floor. it was off most of the time but came on sporadically for a few minutes each time at about 8pm and then early in the morning at about 6am. luckily it didn’t bother us too much as we are heavy sleepers.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and TV had good international channels. Air-con was very good, and staff was very helpful. They have arranged an early pick up for us from the airport and also arranged a drop off next day as we were in the city only for a day. They also helped us with storing our luggage and earlier check-in. The cafe on the second floor has nice breakfast, great jam and fruit, eggs were especially tasty. There is a Mcdonald’s and a small mall across the road.

Bathroom and the toilet is see through, so may not be suitable for families etc Windows are not soundproof so there was a bit of noise, but it could be because of the construction nearby.

Everything about this hotel is nice. The sea view from the room would definitely take your stress away. Everything in this hotel is new and very comfortable. I like how clean the room is and how accommodating the staff is, not to mention that they also offer a free shuttle to and from the airport which is a big factor for some. Wifi is available throughout the entire hotel, though it's not strong for those who are planning to work while staying in the hotel. Overall, we had a great experience and I would definitely consider going back here once I visit Cebu again.

Not that much, the location which is close to a slum area can be a bit scary at times especially if you need to go to the nearby mall and cross the footbridge. It's best not to wear pieces of jewelry or flashy items. Nothing bad happened during our stay since we take a grab ride all the time, but being cautious won't do you any harm. It would also be best to have CCTVs installed in the hallways, cafe, and lobby just for additional security.

What I like about this property is the location. This is very near to the airport so the best place to stay if you have an early flight the next morning. They also offer free breakfast and airport shuttle which is very convenient. The receptionist is very accommodating and pleasant handling all my concerns from my booking until check-out.

Since the property is located near highway heading to the airport, there are only limited restaurants to eat nearby. But the good thing is the hotel has in-house restaurant which offers variety of food.

I liked that the lights and AC can be operated with a touch. I like how friendly the staff were.

I think they are building more floors so during the day, I hear banging, and hammering on steel. I even heard water flowing from inside the wall. All during the day. The hot water for the shower would not be working at times and they needed to be called in. I expected a river, and mountain view because it is what I thought I was buying but I ended up with a street view. I guess I could have requested to be moved, though, it seems that view are the ones with two beds.

The location is perfect . The gaisano mall of mactan is just infront of the hotel . The airport is very close the shuttle will bring you right in the airport for free . If you leave early in the hotel they will pack you a sandwich and drinks for your breakfast . The staff are very accommodating and welcoming . If i ever back in lapu lapu i will be back in this hotel. The room is very clean and big space . We got the suite room has microwave and fredge . My kids love the TV's channel .
