The room was clean and the bedsheets smelled fresh. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful. The room was a good sized room for the money you pay.
There's no elevator in the property so you should be prepared to go up some stairs. The door for the guests is separate from the door of reception and it has a lock which is controlled from the reception i think. It's very safe when you're inside the door but when you're outside i don't like the idea of waiting 5 to 10 seconds in front of the door for it to be unlocked especially at night time. The street is a small narrow street in front of the hotel yet it's so noisy at night, there's people shouting and drinking, at 3 am some random person right in front of the hotel decided to just start his motorcycle and just rev it all the way up to the redline for a good 20 seconds.... That was a highlight for me, no more sleep after that...

Staff is noisy. I told them about it; they apologized at first but went on to talking loudly in front of my room and banging the door to the staff room which is next to my room. The lobby smells bad. They refused to clean my room as part of their sustainability policy even if the room is dusty due to ongoing repairs near my room. The shower gel they provided only lasted for a day and they failed to refill it. No provision for trash can.
