Bed was queen size, pillows were thick and comfortable. Air conditioner worked great. Can't comment on TV since we didn't watch it. Wi-Fi was strong and steady. Hot water was good. Great water pressure. The kettle worked fine too. Restaurants all over the area. Robinson Mall is walking distance. Elevator worked.

The shower drain was very slow, water run into the commode area. No bath mat so floor could be slippery because of the tile. No bottled water, no coffee but did have coffee cups and glasses. No frig or in room safe. No wash cloths.

The room was fine: comfortable bed, hot running water, working AC. But the best part of my stay was staff! Guys were really helpful and found time to manage my problems that didn’t concern my stay at the hotel. thank you! Not far from airport (always mind Manila traffic, it’s crazy!). Location is walkable distance to Intramuros, lots of cafes, supermarkets and shopping mall nearby.

The room wasn’t perfectly clean but it didn’t bother me much. The window was tiny and facing backyard. Location is fine but surroundings didn’t look safe at night as there were many people sleeping in the street.

The lobby smells nice and the jazzy music playing in the background exudes class for this budget hotel. The beds are comfortable and the furnitures are fairly new. The staff are nice and very considerate too. Overall, this was the best budget hotel I’ve been to in the 3 weeks that I’ve stayed in the area.

Early in the morning,,there’s a Zumba session held at a nearby park. You will hear the loud music, it will wake you and up and if you are in a Zoom meeting from colleagues abroad, the music will be a bit annoying. I know it’s not something under the management’s control but I’m bringing it up just in case it’s important for some people here.

1. no mirror at the room only at the bathroom. 2. it needs to call the attention of the staff for additional towels, tootbrush and all even if i booked for 2. 3. if possible u must include the tax already for the pricing so that we can anticipate the total amount to be prepared during the visit. 4. there should be at least 2 key card so that if ever i will leave the room my partner will still have a power/electricity inside the room because during my stay if theres a need to go out and my roomate needs to stay he will have no electricity since i need to bring the key card coz i was assigned at the 5th floor.

I liked that it was safe. I didn't know if they had an upgraded room with a mini fridge. I liked that it had a smart TV with multiple USB ports and HDMI ports. Loved that the Aircon was easy to use. Good that wifi was quick enough to download an app. Housekeeping gave a complimentary pitcher of water.

Minor inconvenience that the elevator's clock time was incorrect, but when coming in temporarily from a place without clocks, it makes it harder to estimate the remaining time left to scan and upload files. Almost made me think the advanced time was true if not for the note on the paper when I should return. The other minor inconvenience was Netflix. Didn't think I couldn't use it, browser says it's blocked. If it's only allowing Netflix Philippines, it could be inconvenient for foreign travelers with US or other accounts. The smart TV browser needs updating.

To be honest I was so doubtful in staying in this hotel.I was even considering of finding another hotel to stay in.but all my doubts were cleared upon checking in.. I found the staff to be so professional, attentive to your needs. On our third day I ask one of the incharge if they clean the room and change the beddings.I was so happy when I returned to find my room so clean and tidy. The hotel is not that big,its amenities are not complete,( maybe because of the pandemic) but I can see that they are slowly updating their facilities it s a few meters away from a church and an 8 minutes walk to the mall.. there also has nearby shops and restaurants , though they have their own restaurant,ESTORIA. located at the back of the hotel . Also,last but not the least the price for a six night stay was truly affordable,inexpensive and worth the price . My only advice to the management is to update their pictures in google maps,so we can easily find it. Pictures were from three years ago.Thank you so much AIRO HOTEL!! You made my stay a great experience. I will definitely return to this place and you are highly recommended.

Location is walking distance to the US Embassy. It was clean, staff was very accommodating and helpful, the room was 20sqm which was a really decent size for me, they also had basic toiletries and clean towels. With the amount that I paid, it was all good!

The sink was very small lol! And no body-size mirror. But everything worked for me. Ah, and their restaurant is not inside their own hotel, it's in another hotel at the back.

Exceptionally Noisy Zumba right outside the hotel early in the morning, 6-8am. We booked the same deluxe double room on two seperate occasions. The first room was tiny and very dark but the second one was large and bright with a big window - same room type booked but two vastly different rooms!

The room was clean, its not big and also not small, for me the room is a perfect size. Though I noticed that the aircon is a bit dirty, I thought it’s not working 😅. The staff are friendly they always smile.

The aircon is a bit dirty, the remote for television is annoying sometimes it’s working, sometimes it’s not. Also please put a complementary coffee or tea.

Staff were accommodating. My booking was transferred to Anex Hotel for essential stay. Request was granted as I opted to have a window in my room. The location is very accessible to SLEC & US embassy. 7/11 is just 1-2 min walk from the hotel. Across the street is the Ermita Church. WIFI was great. Overall, it’s a good value for money.
