Room was clean. Very close to the location we're supposed to go to.

The front desk, concierge and security was very friendly and helpful,i only notice the electronic door knob is not functioning on the second night, went to the front desk and they get the maintenance to replace the battery for the door knob right away. Luckliy there is nothing missing from my room because of the door knob was not working and cannot lock on the first night

The chinese tourist on the same level was so noisy and slamming the door very loud

No frills. Just do your research before deciding to book the hotel. It's a hotel without breakfast. Just the room with towels and shampoo and soap. Good bed, it has tv and wifi. It's pretty cheap but comfortable though if there are people on your floor that doesn't care about making noise, you can hear it in your room. I am okay with it though since you get what you paid for. Love the location!!! Aircon is great. Hot shower is relaxing. Staff and the security guards were all very nice!

Nothing. I didn't expect too much. As I said, do your research. You are paying for something cheap, do not expect a 5-star accommodation. This will do if you are away in the mornings and come home only at nighttime to rest.

very professional and well-staffed. one of the few hotels in manila that felt like a normal hotel. The check-in process was easy, the staff was very accommodating, and they ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENT :). Staff was really nice, I felt an earthquake while up on the 12th floor, albeit a small tremor, I asked if I could move lower in the building and they did everything they could to try and accommodate my request.

The Hotel was good, i hope they would update their rooms, the shower tiles were quite outdated, even the shower head, and upgrade room pillows. one pillow per bed isnt enough especially if the pillow is soft and so thin, almost airlike pillows not ergo to aupport necks, but overall the staff are very accomodating and courteous to all types of guest.

The security guard really assisted me on my baggage during the first day and my last day of stay. I have very smooth room reservation at Go Hotel. With free water at the hallway. Card access.

They forgot to put towels in the room but its ok, I have my own towel with me. I also failed to ask , I only requested on my 3rd day of stay😂.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff are helpful without being overbearing, and they respond to our requests pretty quickly.

There was a slight moldy smell coming from the shower room the first night we were there, though it disappeared after we've used it a couple of times.

Staff are knowledgeable. They explain everything to you before they'll let you heading to your room. Location is good as well. Just few minutes walk to Robinsons Place.

No electric kettle to heat at least for cup noodles or coffee and tea since they don't a resto inside.

Location is 500m from US Embassy. 100m less to Robinson Mall that has everything you need inside to include ATM's.

Cleaning, cleaning, and cleaning. In 3 years, this facility will be a 3-star or less due to maintenance. The interior paint is already peeling.
