The room was big so people travelling with a lot of luggage would definitely like this place -- it was spacious and doesn't have any bad smell unlike other places. The staff were nice and on call 24/7. We checked in around 5pm and left around 6pm -- due to heavy rain and flooding in Manila, we were only able to return around 1130pm and there were still staff on the reception which was nice. The check-in was easy and we paid during check-out thru credit card. They allow payment through gcash and cash too.

The hotel is obviously old, and the door even uses keys still. The door looks old and the room only has low lights so the room looks quite dreary -- the same goes for the bathroom. It could have been better with brighter lights.

Close proximity to St. Luke Medical Extension Clinic and a walking distance to US Embassy, there's a police outpost near the hotel cause its a one way, so we don't have to look on both sides for traffic.

The location of the bathroom Tissue holder, it's awkward. Lol I wish the lighting of the room would be a little brighter..

The location is very ideal for SLEC, staff are friendly.

I ordered breakfast and I placed my order a night before having emphasized to have it at 6am and tge reception agreed. In the morning I followed it up to remind of the time since I'm leaving before 7am for my appointment. I followed up twice and it was delivered 6:45am. Tha't's the only downside of my stay. The following day I did nit bother to order anything even water.

Room is kinda old fashioned but still had a comfortable stay. Bathroom was nothing fancy but it had worked out. Most importantly It’s very convenient if you have your SLEC Medical appointment, approximate 2/3 mins walking distance from Saint Lukes. Convenient store is near too and pretty safe because the police station is just outside the hotel. Will def recommend it to people!

The cleanliness, the staff were kind, the beds were as comfortable as it could get! And also the services of the facility was very responsive!

The location is just deep in the city, we almost got lost😭

The room was large, clean, comfortable.

At first the shower was not working, but my husband asked for assistance and the maintenance immediate responded to fix it. It was just too tight that we can't pull it up.

My father stayed for 3 nights but i booked this hotel for him since its very close to St lukes. My dad was happy and satisfied with his stay at the hotel. The service was good and the crews were helpful, respectful and friendly. Overall he had an excellent stay at Paragon Tower

I stayed here with my sister and her kids for 2 nights as i needed to get my medical done . The room was okey its quiet the ac is working pretty good and most importantly its just a walking distance to St lukes.

Staff were accomodating

We stayed july 5-6,2023 1.We ordered food. Taste is disappointing. 😔 2.No slippers provided 3.1 slot for parking area only😬

Location location location.

The offices on the lower levels..too many people during the day but really didn't bother us for the most part.
