The hotel was very nice and clean, a good place to stay, but next time I stay there l will make sure that I am not on the side of the hotel that face's the hiway and main intersection, as it is so noisy, the other side of the hotel is great

My first night l stayed in the side of the hotel that face's the intersection and freeway, could not sleeping all night because of the noise from all the buses trucks and other vehicles., It was so noisy that is was like sleeping on a freeway, I moved the next day and spent 5 night on the other side of the hotell and slept very well with no noise at all. When I stay there again I will make sure that I get a room on the quiet side of the hotell , the hotel really needs double glazing on the noisy side.

The room was spacious and clean. Just in front of the hotel is a 7eleven store which is a good thing because if you want to buy something, it's just accross and no need to go to a mall. Fastfood chains are also near the area. you have Jollibbe, KFC, Chowking, DunkinDonuts, and some small burger stalls so you won't feel hungry. Just walk and see the area near the hotel so you know what's in there. Reminder: Be careful when on the streets. Avoid using your cellphone and keep your bags close to your body. The staff told me that there's an incident of snatching just accross the street. So if possible, don't use your phones outside, and prepare coins for jeepneys in your pocket to avoid displaying your wallet.

I saw a dead cockroach in the toilet. Maybe the room should be cleaned thoroughly and regularly. Also, after check-out of guests and cleaning the room, it might be better to spray odorless insecticide in the room to kill insects that might have entered the room. Since check-in starts at 2pm, 1 hour of disinfection and spraying of insecticides in the room will kill hidden insects. You can then slightly open the door and turn on the aircon to eliminate smell of the room for new guest to check-in at 2pm.

Location was good if you want to be close to the airport. We caught several gabs, jeepneys, trains and tricycles to get around. Airport shuttle was great, note it only operates at certain times

There's a water dispenser outside the floors, but no cups and utensils in the room. Only give one card to go in and out. Need to constantly ask them to activate the elevator for me while ny partner is in the room.

Insect/ bugs inside the room, molds and stain in the shower room, ran out of food at breakfast time, Good points : Front Desk staff and security were very helpful and strict...handy distance from airport.. Fast WiFi.. Thank you

Stayed here for the night since I had an early morning international flight to catch. Easily accessible from the airport. Staff was very accommodating with small requests such as printing some important documents.

I wish they provide hair dryer. Restaurants are not easily accessible from here. You could buy food from the 7/11 across the street.

The location is very strategic. Very near the airport and everything is within reach. A 24/7 convenience store in front and also near to fast food restaurants. Easy access to jeepneys, taxi and grab too.

Front desk is not open 24/7. Maybe because of the pandemic. Also, there are 2 busted lights in my room. Maybe the hotel is cutting some electrical consumption to help them recover with their loss due to covid19.

The staff were nice and the place is clean. No hassle checking in and out. Location was good as it is near the airport and malls.

The shower door is not closing properly but not too big of an issue. There is no restaurant or fast food place near the area so you better eat somewhere before you rest or have it delivered at the hotel.

Street is well lit. Convenience store just across the hotel. Fast foods are also available near the hotel. You just need to muster your courage to cross the highwaya nd explore the area

Bathroom door is not tight. When taking a bath, water from inside the bathroom leaks outside.
