The property was very clean and ambiance was good. Lift is also available. Very close to the airport. They even have shuttle service going to the airport so you will no longer worry for your luggage. So hassle-free Breakfast was also included during your stay.

Free hotel shuttle pick-up from the airport was awesome, they were there in no time. The kindness shown, and helpful employees who ordered meals for me were greatly appreciated. There is a shuttle to the airport that runs hourly, and I caught the 0500 one to the airport without a hitch. I spent several hrs on the rooftop area observing the big caged monkey up there. He likes pizza and beer. Just watch your glasses and don't get to close w/your phone while taking its picture. You could lose either one. I walked around the various neighborhoods, spoke w/the locals and took many pictures. Much different than my neighborhoods back home.

I can't think of anything I did not like.

Team is very friendly, helpful and nice. Location was very close to airport. shuttle Bus services was excellent. room was just right for me.

Honestly I cant find anything that I didnt like.

All the staffs were accomodating and friendly. I love that they responded to my every message thru whatsapp and they granted every request I asked like airport transfer and allowed me to extend my stay for 3hrs (with a fee). I love how my double room was so spacious and clean. And it comes with a kettle and mugs which I like since I’m a coffee lover.

The bed tho was not that soft I can feel the spring of it but so far I still had a great sleep. Not a big deal for the price I paid. Elevator was not working but not a big deal also since my room was only on 2nd floor and there was a staff who helped me carry my 25kg luggage 😁.

Allowed us to check in late which was super handy, and they communicated really well via booking.com. Room was super spacious and clean, bed quite hard but as to be expected in most of SE Asia 😆 TV worked with a usb stick we had 👌🏼 Air con good too. They have a cat and two kittens - super cute! The area is like quite a local area which was really nice, surrounded by friendly locals and kids 🥰

Breakfast included consists of bread and egg, unfortunately as a vegan we couldn’t have this but it’s a nice touch I guess - maybe have a little more variety 😊 They also deliver this to your room which is thoughtful!

Very close to the airport within walking distances depending terminal, I got a taxi from terminal 2 and the meter ran about 70 pesos. If you land at terminal 4 like me, then hop on the free shuttle bus that runs around every 30 minutes. The driver will let you know each terminal, then get a cab or walk it is only .6 of a kilometre from the airport. The staff (Jessa) went out of her way to help get my phone back that fell out in the taxi, within 1 hour the manager had returned my phone that he personally went to the airport and got out of the taxi. Arriving late Jessa helped order takeout delivered to my room. Staff were all friendly and super helpful.

The hotel is in the back streets ( great for quiet ) but a little bit harder to pond late at night. The place is clean but basic facilities and great for location to and fro the airport

I needed somewhere to stay for the night before my flight. Somewhere to get some rest and recover from alot of travelling, do some work, do abit of local touring for a few hours and then head for my flight. I was a solo female traveller and this place was safe, super clean, comfortable, great wifi so i could get work done, cheap, and they had an airport shuttle which took me to the hotel, and then to the airport the next day. I was super grateful for this place, and the friendliness of the staff. They made me feel welcome and safe - i really appreciated that. The facilities are basic, the essentials. It is less for holiday makers, and more for business people i would say.

The shuttle service is excellent and really makes a huge difference. The staff is nice and the facility seems safe and always someone downstairs.

The location is extremely sketchy to say the least. It is not in the best area and between starring, homeless people asking for money and security guards at the bank armed with shotguns I was not overly excited to be on the area. You can’t tell by the map but it really is a rough area. It is probably a fine area for locals but foreigners stand out way too much. Roosters, dogs barking and tenets are up all night, the walls are thin and everything can be heard.

I like everything here, the staff (smiling, very friendly and caring, it's like one of your sister/brother, the food (I love it! it's healthy, clean, well-packed, and served through your door), and the amenities are of good quality and functional. I love the color and ambiance of the room, it made me more concentrated on my online work. Additionally, I like the color of the room and it really amazed me because the price is affordable and it exceeds my expectation since it is not a hotel. Moreover, it is well-organized starting from the food, amenities, and everything, I am just very satisfied and happy with my stay here in Alicia. I love it for a budget-friendly environment for me since I am a thrift traveler and sophisticated in cleanliness. However, it would be much better if there will be mini sachet cleansing wipes, just like their mini sachet soap and toothpaste. This is just a minor issue for me.
