The staff are very prompt, friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and no bugs. There’s a microwave, fridge, table, chair, large mirror and a tv. The AC is quit cold, loved it. The location is conveniently next to eateries and a lot of night clubs. It’s within the Pablacion barangai so very quiet at night, no traffic noise.

Rooms are clean and facilities are good. It was great to have water available in reception to use for drinking. Appreciated kettle and microwave to assist with making a simple drink or meal.

No hairdryer. Maybe a unit could be available at reception and borrowed thus ensuring it is not stolen or damaged.

I love how the ambience of the room cause it's very accommodating and the amenities is complete. The staff are so nice and kind. I Like that there a hot and cold shower in the room. There's also mini refrigerator, heater and microwave it's a great idea to have in a room cause as a traveler it very convenient.

All is great just I hope they put extra slippers and doormat in the bathroom.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The room is cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was decent and the shower is perfect! The bed is comfortable. They also have a ref and microwave. The staff was very kind and helpful when I had needs. I had a really good time ❤

things that i could suggest: clean the aircon for better cooling, a doormat to the cr (but you can request)

I really like like your place I've stayed here many times in 4 years. I want you to do some changes please.

Please provide soap in showers no point in having empty liquid soap. Most important thing I want to bring to your attention is to please wash your towels properly, use soap and downy. It's not nice to use bad smelling towel even the replacement was bad smell

The staff are amazing, very welcoming and very accommodating. Good location 😀 The bed is comfortable,hot and cold shower, they have microwave to warm food and small fridge too which you can keep your food fresh and warm it whenever you like to eat. Malapit sa lahat, clubs, convenience store, malls and restaurants.

The smoking area, you need to go down to smoke.

The AC was not functioning well. It was set for 16° but still not getting cold but it's fine because it was not that hot anyway.

The location is excellent it is near to many establishment. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The facilities are good. We are also lucky to have a room with a building view. It's must hotel and budget friendly.

In our room the tv is not working and we use key instead of keycard.

Well as an Aussie it's somewhat important to have Netflix as I don't speak Tagalog. The shower had no divider that stop water running out of the recess. A simple towel on the floor stops the water so not a huge deal.

I love the location. It’s near the restaurants. The staff were accommodating.

I didn’t like that there was no bathroom mat. I slipped and almost fell on the floor. I didn’t like that fact that they did not clean the room during the 3rd day/last night.
