Some of the landmarks are walking distance, so, you can easily access them by foot. There are also nearby stores and even a bakery, if you are on a budget and in need of some good quality food. Since there's a water heater inside the room, you can buy your own coffee and cup noodles so it's pretty convenient. Complete utensils too. Room-wise, well, you'll get what you paid for. But I'd say that it's pretty decent, and can still feel comfortable with your sleep/stay. Wifi connection is average.

As you flush the toilet, don't be surprised by the way the water flows on the toilet bowl. It was really shocking at first, especially since I just did number two. Some cracks can be seen, but it didn't affect me at all. A pungent smell could be experienced as you go outside the room. However, it wouldn't affect the room as it smells clean as you get inside.

This is a great location for first timers to the phillipines as u r experiencing the normal hustle n bustle of the middle class. The pic when booking is not what u see in reality. Its a shock but u get over it lol. Its safe, vege/fruit market 5mins away by walk. There are bus stations (to other destinations) 10mins by walk. Intramurous, rizal park, and museums took us 30-40mins walking and 15 mins jeepney. Staff helpful

My flight got delayed and even after my friend called the hotel and told the staff that my arrival would be the next day, they still cancelled as no show!! So had to rebook.

Good sized room, very clean for Asia. Bed was comfortable, Aircon worked well. Bathroom was a bit dated but everything worked well. Location was good, 5 minutes walk to Ave Espana. Plenty of Jeepneys and buses. Many places to eat all around. Stored by bag for 4 days whilst I went to Cebu.

Nothing was wrong, the front of the property and by the stairs would look better if de cluttered.

They have good wifi, good room, nice shower and the staff was nice in taking care of my needs like providing me a safe parking and doing some extra mile!

Maybe their bed is not sturdy, it is nice if it has ref and microwave in the room and i also notice if their keys to all room are same for each room coz one time i didn't notice my floor and entered wrong room but i was surprised i opened the door that was locked. it so weird hahaha i hope they will look on it for safety purposes for each clients.

It's close to España Station , orange metro line, which takes you close to the airport , around 20 minutes walking from Nichols station. There is a laundry within minutes of distance on the way to the station. A 7/11 and other grocery stores/restaurants around the area. Good price for the room.

Overall is good. 8/10. Quiet and cool AC.

It was clean and the staff was attentive. It was a 15min walk from St. Peter Chapels - Sampaloc.

No soap/shampoo, but not really a problem because I already read it in the comments so I brought my own. There are also lots of small stores outside that you can buy stuff from.

Nothing to complaint. Sobrang babait ng mga staff dito. walang ka hassle hassle from the moment that we arrived hanggang sa mag check out. they even allowed us na iwan muna yung mga gamit namin to shop around. sa room naman, nothing to complain din kasi malinis, alam mong well maintained talaga. even wifi nila mabilis

The staffs were courteous and will help you with anything. Room was comfortable and clean, The area smelled refreshing. Very clean linens. you can also request for toiletries.

The location is good. You just need to walk a couple of blocks to go to the main road. there is a bus station near the place. accessible to tourist attractions in Manila.
