It staff are friendly and very accommodating to the guest, room service is fast rooms are very good and clean. the manager is very attentive to my inquiries. the entire hotel is you will feel at ease.

location maybe because I do difficulties in booking grab car.so I suggest that maybe they can include that on their special service. but the location is near at SM sat mesa, banks and mini-stores are near .also the LRT , but people around street near the hotel are nice and good.

Staff is very friendly and Sulit Hotel has everything you need on daily basis. Nice decor and the mall is very near.

The rooms could have been cleaned better since there were bugs and spiders but everything else was nice!

This stay was good value for money! We are on a tight budget and not many places we’re as affordable as here for the quality you get. The room was comfortable enough and really clean when we arrived. There are 7/11s 5 mins away and a big mall with food stalls and a cinema just round the corner. They also sell snacks and drinks downstairs which is handy and have a 24 hour reception so if you arrive in the early hours of the morning you will be able to access the property too.

The pillows were a little flat and the bed could do with a second additional one. The aircon machine was very loud and not as effective as the newer ones but this didn’t bother us too much! The location is not where western tourists normally stay so many people in the street were very interested in us walking down the road everyday and taxis to main areas do take a little while. They didn’t offer to clean the room or change the bedding towels etc but this may have been something we needed to ask for. Overall good value for the money we spent though, thank you for our stay :)

Oh , with me , go to travel more nation , hotel is friendly and near Filipino citizens, afternoons we will see the men play basketball outside . Other nations , when you come , you need download grab for move . If nextime, I will come again ! Smart traveler !

Good bed if you stay in the double room, beds are softer. Wifi was down for a day but otherwise pretty good if on first three floors. All stairs. Rooms don't contain sound that well but aircon is loud and drowns it out well and it's not a noisy aircon sound it's consistant. Front desk help is nice. Has soft bed but don't stay in econo bed room those are high floors and not spring....

I didn't like how guests need to show a vaccine card and ID everytime they come since it's in a residential area. Didn't like the creepy Russian tourists in Lobby shouting on cell phones. Didn't like the fact housekeeping only cleans once every three days. Otherwise it's a good value for the location and double beds are soft here.

Very good staff. Clean hotel. Large room. WiFi. Price is ok front other places Staff really polities. General i enjoy one area like 200 years back.

Air conditioning very old and too much noise. Area was dirty and everywhere mosquito. So hot area. Lobby no comfortable to seat. Garden table and chairs in the lobby. No one chair out for smoking. No hot water in the room. Very old furniture with damage. Too much steps. No lift.

Price was excellent. Really Excellent value. Near the mall. Super Convenient. Good transportation, not too far but you have to walk. Very good staff.

Wifi a bit unstable /weak. Water pressure could be stronger. No kettle in the room. The people outside the hotel were somewhat noisy.

It’s very accessible to transportation (i.e. LRT, PUJs and taxi’s) and just a few walks away from SM Sta Mesa. The only thing is that there’s no lift so it’s really a challenge like if you are already down but you left something from the 3rd floor.. whew! Also, a complementary bottle of water would be very appreciated too. But overall I would definitely recommend it.

Clean and comfy. Easy access to transport terminals, malls, and other establishments. Surrounded by food stalls where you can find food at low prices. Staff were approachable and accommodating. Room is clean and well maintained. Decent wifi connection, too!

TV and telephone were not working.

Its very accessible to any stores.SM STA MESA is walking distannce,alot of small stores around.

No one will come to clean the room at least every 3 days which is i stayed 11 nights.You need to ask them that you need to change beddings etc.
