From when I entered after a long day I was met with happy faces just what I needed after a long day , the room amazing and the food and facilities so good I booked for five days snd then an extra 12 I could easily stay here but so much more of the Philippines to see but I will be back before I go home to the U.K.

Nothing at all the first time in over 12 years through losing family I’ve woke up smiling x

The facilities made this place. The rooms were good but fairly basic, but all you need as a base Lose tap fitting Shower wasn't very powerful Aircon did break- but fixed quickly TV only good for locals Breakfast menu not very inspired Slightly out of town but easy 200 pesos in with a trike always waiting outside

The pool area is excellent. The location is good for reaching Kawasan Falls, Panagsama and White Beaches, as the roads fan out near the resort. The air con and hot water were good. It's popular with Westerners who want to relax rather than party. They have a free water refill station. The restaurant meals were tasty. I ate there a lot. All the staff were lovely!

The prices in the restaurant are a little high because they have a captive audience but the low room price makes up for it. There's nowhere else to eat within 500 metres of the resort and there's no footpath which is problematic when the sunsets so early. The WiFi only really functions in the pool and restaurant areas. They need new routers for the rooms.

Stayed over a week. The place is quiet, nice gsrden overall atmosphere and the stuff was great. Good value.

I am a deep sleeper so it was not a problem for me but in room and the ones next to it you could hear a vibration from the washing machines installed at back of the building. Sonetimes the windows would rattle a bit and needed tibe adjusted not yo vibrate could hapoen day or night maybe they could change lixation of this nachines. alsi the shower heads might need to be changed for better fliw ones. Otherwise the rooms sre very soacious, clean, and comfortable beds

Lovely big room, free drinking water, big pool with plenty of sun loungers. Friendly and helpful staff!

You couldn’t hire a motorbike for half a day, it was only for 24 hours, which was a shame - we wanted for two half days in the evenings (as we had a trip one of the mornings) but didn’t want to pay for two full days. Also a shame they don’t offer pickup from the bus stop but they have trikes to hire, then on the way back had to pay 200 for one way when it was less then 5 minutes down the road. A little out of the way of the main town, so you either had to walk for 30 mins on the main road or hire a motorbike (but only for a full day) or a trike which are expensive for a short journey.

This is a really nice property with a very homey, village like feeling to it. The name reflects that, and it is true. Nice, comfortable rooms, a terrific restaurant and bar on site, friendly staff, clean facilities, wonderful landscaped, this was really a pleasure to stay in.

This is not a negative so much as something to be aware of. It is not next to anything really. It's on the main drag between downtown Moalboal and the beach, but not close to either. Panagsama is a taxi or tricycle ride away, at about 2.5 km. If that's not a problem, it's a great price for a very nice property with a cozy, neighborhood type of feeling.

Property was a beautiful little resort. Away from the busy Panagsama beach area so not to have the noise, but within 7-10 minute motorbike ride so not too far to get to either. The pool was nice and clean with a bar poolside for drinks, which is always nice to have in the sun. Darts and table tennis available at the pool too, at no extra cost to you. There is a pool table at the restaurant which is beside the pool. The food is decent so definitely worth a try if you don’t want the fuss of going into the main area. Reception is where you go to for any questions about the area and tours etc. We rented out a scooter for 4 days which gave us the flexibility of going to wherever we wanted, including the different beaches in the local area. Saves a lot of money in tricycle trips this way. Definitely a must if you stay here, scooter is mega cheap in my opinion so it’s a no brainer. The room is adequate enough for your stay, no fuss kind of room. Has everything you need for a very fair price. Staff were lovely and made the stay a pleasant one.

The shower pressure is ridiculously low, so showers aren’t great. But I guess we just got used to it after a couple of attempts. The mirror in the bathroom still has the pricing label from where it was bought so I thought that was a bit unprofessional, even if that is quite the petty comment. The resort is about 30-40 minute walk to the beach area where the restaurant and bars are, so it’s a bit far out. Tricycles are waiting at the resort for a slightly hiked up price to take you where you need to be. Walk out to the main road (2 minutes walk) to get a tricycle for cheaper. And lastly the tour prices are a bit dear compared to what you’ll find at the beach area, so I advise you do your tour shopping at Panagsama beach.

The place was central and we were able to get around easily. The food was absolutely delicious and affordable. Our room was also very comfy.

Commucation with staff was difficult. We were either not responded to when texting/calling and when asking someone in passing, we were always referrred to reception and told that that is not part of their job. We ordered food to our room a few times and dishes were never collected, and was just left outside over night. I had to request twice for someone to remove it. There were no clear instructions on whether we were supposed to take it somewhere as our rooms did not have kitchen facilities. We have arranged for a shuttle, and on the morning of our departure, we could not get hold of anyone. Someone eventually came out and called the driver.

I stayed 3 nights in the Family room so it was really great coz it's spacious and clean but unfortunately when I extended my stay the room wasn't available but It's okay coz I moved to the other room which is smaller but it's clean and quiet.

The water pressure is not good. I can hardly take a shower. It took awhile for my hair to get wet due to the bad water pressure. My whole stay at the resort was great except the shower coz it's really really bad. You need to change it or have it fix. The shower handle needs to get fix.
