I arrived at the Bella Napoli and was met by "Stella" Resort Manager. This resort I would class as a Chic resort, 12 rooms In total, however if every other room compared to mine, each and every room would be perfect. The size of the bedrooms is astounding, the comfort of the beds unbelievable. The resort and the facilities are all excellent. The gardens, the pool, the jacuzzi, no expense has been spared to ensure this resort has the "Wow" factor. The restaurant and bar over look the pool and seating area, everything you could ever want or need is at your fingertips. From the Owner, Manager and staff, nothing is to much. I arrived wanting to rent a scooter, one hour later, Antonio the owner had driven into town and returned with a scooter for me. It is these little perfect touches that make the Bella Napoli resort such a fantastic resort.

There is nothing you can not like about this resort, it is excellent in every way and in every little detail.

The staff at Bella Napoli were outstanding. Stella, Jet and Gilbert were extremely attentive and made sure we were very well looked after during our stay. Honestly the best service we’ve experienced anywhere. The resort is boutique style which is great as there are not too many guests. Very quiet location (except for dogs and roosters in surrounding properties). The hotel staff arranged trikes for us every time we wanted to go somewhere. Lovely swimming pool. We at the restaurant several times during our stay and found the food really good quality and very reasonably priced.

The only negative would be the lack of fans. Coming from a much cooler climate we felt that Bella Napoli didn’t really cater for us. There should be fans on the outside patios for the upstairs units and more fans (or ones that work better) in the public areas.

The place is great and is one of our favorite one. Run by Italian Filipino couple. We have spend there our 15th wedding anniversary and we could not think of a better place for such an occasion. It is situated around 800 m. From the sea side and some 5 min with a car or tuck tuck from gorgeous beach at south palm. The place joins comfort, exotic and romantic. The staff did they outmost to make our stay unforgettable. We had our anniversary dinner there and they did put the table in a separate place in the middle of the beautiful garden with candles around the table and we were served delicious Italian dishes! The owner buys all the ingredients from Italy so it turns to be the best Italian food overseas. You can also have good choice of the Italian wines among them one of our favorite one from the Montepulciano region. The apartments are specious, modern and new. Our apartment had great view towards the pool and exotic garden and was equipped with queen size comfy bed. To make the things even better the apartment had a jacuzzi on the the terrace. Every time we wanted to use it somebody from the staff was coming over and was preparing our bath with bubbles. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to relax, stay far from the crowded places and at the same time stay close within max 10 min to all the region’s main attractions like: restaurants, pubs and over all diving centers. To sum up personnel is very helpful always greeting you with huge smile and can help you with everything (transportation, trips etc. ).

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very accommodating... we needed to eat breakfast early since we had tours and they were able to serve the 10 of us within 30 minutes of requested time. Pool was great! The rooms were spacious. the Italian meals were on point! We all enjoyed the meals. We had an issue with hot water heater not working in one of the 3 rooms but it was addressed right away.

We rented 3 rooms. The room on second floor was perfect for four, however not sure if it was cleaned properly before we arrived. The shower bathroom floor was slimy and there was hair on the drain. I asked for them to scrub floors while we were out. They said they did but it didn't look like it was done. It was still slimy when we returned from our day trip.

* Room cleanliness issue: Unfortunately, the room was not clean upon our check-in, and there was a reminder of garbage left behind. * Faulty power sockets: We also experienced difficulties with the power sockets in the room, as they were not functioning properly.

Our recent stay here surpassed all expectations, thanks to the exceptional staff who took care of our every need. From the warm and knowledgeable day staff to the attentive and friendly evening staff, our family felt truly valued throughout our stay. The accommodations were impeccable, with attention to detail in every aspect, ensuring our comfort and enjoyment. The central location added to the convenience, allowing us easy access to various attractions and activity options. A very nice resort.The rooms are clean,the bed is big and the pool is not crowded.The staff of the resort is very friendly.The receptionist,Ms Stella,is very accommodating.She help us in small problems and always ready to answer Us whenever we have question.She even allowed to stay til 1pm even though the check out time is 12pm.She give Us also a ride to Bohol Bee Farm for our lunch.We stay in 2 family rooms and I think the price was just right.I will definitely stay again in this resort when I come back in Bohol.

Nothing.Everything is Great.

Everything is new and clean. They just opened recently. The room was huge. There is a beautiful garden with pond, with koi fishes. The restaurant is very good with many particular recipes, from Italy, Philippines, and sometimes a fusion between them. The staff was very smiley and accommodating.

Honestly I liked everything. One day we were unlucky with the weather, and still we enjoy staying in the structure, and walking around the garden.

We stayed in this hotel for four days in Bohol Island. It is very close to the airport. You can ask the hotel for free pick-up when you arrive. The hotel is clean and quiet, the staff is friendly and will deal with any problems in a timely manner. My child and I are vegetarian, and the hotel also made vegetarian food for us, and the children liked it very much. If there is a chance to go to Bohol again, I will still choose to live here again.
