Everything was clean. Staff was polite and accommodating, with 24/7 reception and security. Room was spacious, and toilet was clean. It's near the airport and other restaurants. Would likely rebook in the future.

There's a bar right beside the hotel, and they play loud music, which can be heard just in the toilet, until 4am. There's not a lot of options for breakfast, which costs 300php. I told them that I'm checking out early the next day, and they said they're making a take away breakfast for me, but this took them a bit of time that I needed to leave without it.

Staff members where friendly and helpful from the beginning to the very end. I would definitely stay again!

No ice machines on the property. But the staff told us about a local store less than a block away that sales ice blocks for 3 pesos

simple and peaceful hotel. i love it since its close to everything like the airport, mall, bar or food restau etc..

always have miscommunication and not being transparent with the price for the breakfast. They told me its 150 only for breakfast when its 300 each person. And for the shuttle they said its 300 when its 600 for 6 people not telling me or asking me for how many guest.

Didn't have breakfast with rental. Stayed for a week. All issues with room were taken care of. Big room, good water pressure, great location for restaurants.

Staff smoke break outside window and AC sucked it in room. Gymnasium was minimal but acceptable.

The staff was accommodating for the most part. The security in particular were helpful with finding places, taxi, and just friendly chat. For housekeeping it was good for the most part, but you need to be specific when saying to make up the room (ie.. change the sheets etc) otherwise it will be tidied up only. Front desk was helpful for arrival and departure.

close to the airport (you can arrange a shuttle) very good aircon, big space, hot and cold water available to drink, comfy beds, everything ok! super valuable for the price! there’s a stake restaurant no too far from the property which is really good! (we went in tricycle (arranged by the hotel) because it’s a bit dark outside)

The property was well maintained and the staffs were very friendly and understanding. Would surely recommend if any of y’all are planning to visit.

The Wi-Fi was sometimes slow and the bathroom shower was not having enough pressure

A very good hotel with exceptional staff who helped me sort a problem with my booking for onward transportation. I felt very comfortable in the hotel in an area that is improving all the time. A good find!

WIFI CONNECTION SHOULD IMPROVE, SPECIALLY NOW THAT THERE IS FIBER CONNECTION IN PUERTO PRINCESA. BASIC BREAKFAST, COFFE TO IMPROVE.

I liked that the staff were very accommodating, and that it is very close to the airport, so accessibility is good. There are a ton of food areas around as well. I think it's great considering it is very affordable.

There aren't toiletries when we got there, and there's a weird smell in the bathroom of our room. Other than that, all was well.
