Well from the very first conversation we knew that we would enjoy the place as the staff are amazing and look after you , we could not fault a thing and was impressed , the pool was a good size and seating around the grounds was a good touch, the bar area is good with the bar persons taking great care to make sure you feel comfortable. The restaurant had amazing food so all in all thanks to the staff

Well the only item is that the tour company’s need to drop some brochures at resort so you could see what was available But the girls went out there way to sort this and did a fantastic job at it

The hotel is like an oasis with a lovely tropical vibe. The staff were exceptional. They arranged an early check in seeing that my wife was unwell. Day to day service was amazing. Arranging trips, taxis etc. the staff on reception was so so helpful. We do tend to go out and explore restaurants nearby but the onsite restaurant and bar was so good we stayed there for a couple of evenings. Food in restaurant was great. Good choice of breakfast options. Big thank you to Che and Mau. I have stayed in bigger and higher started hotels in the Philippines but the Hibiscus was exceptionally brilliant. One of my all time favorites. Room was huge with its own private garden. Spotless and filtered water available.

This is a little gem. Some of us in the group were working remotely and could not join for all the activities but it was great to work from the restaurant. You can enjoy the beautiful outdoor area with delicious food, good wifi and plugs to charge your computer. The staff is attentive, they helped us organize excursions and rent motorcycles. The rooms are clean and spacious, they are bigger than they look in the pictures. The staff is beyond amazing, super attentive and very helpful. Anything you need or any questions you may have they will be there for you.

The hotel is too nice, we were slow to leave it to go out and explore, especially because the food at the restaurant is so fresh and good, we ended up eating there a lot 😅

The restaurant was excellent and food superb! Very pretty surrounds and lovely pool. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and cleaned to a high standard. Lovely tropical design.

While I loved the tropical island design in the rooms, it would be good to have a curtain that can be pulled across the window on the front door, as the light outside stays on until midnight and comes back on again at 6am. Unfortunately it woke my friend up when it came on early in the morning. It would also be great to have bedside lights for reading, as there is only one large light in the room.

Warm welcome with 5 star customer service .. the staff always anticipated your needs before you needed to ask. A small resort style with everything you need, food was of high standard and delicious. The coconut rum here (their specialty) at 80 peso was magnificent sipped on ice. The grounds are constantly maintained and all amenities are clean and fresh. Location set back from the Main Street and easy walking distance. Sadly we only had the 1 night we will return here in the future for a longer stay.

Traveling with my family we loved Hibiscus Garden Inn as it was an authentic family run hotel. The owners and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything that we needed, from warming up baby food to recommendations of the best restaurants around. We travelled with our 9-month old baby and everyone of the staff immediately became his best friend! During our babies naps we would relax by the pool and found it a tropical relaxing paradise. Really felt welcomed here and we would have loved to stay longer, see you again soon!

Very aesthetically done place..with lots of beautiful artifacts all around...though a bit old but very cute and small property...amazing staff and happy faces around....serving good food and drinks...the staff and even the owner takes good care of the guests...gave us complementary airport drop too...

The fan in the room can be a bit more stronger or larger so that the air throw is better all over the room...

As a transit stop between Manila and El Nido, I stay at this hotel for only a night. So my review is not comprehensive. Overall this garden style hotel offers a pleasant and serene vibe. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is near to the airport and it only takes 5 minute to go to the airport by car. It also offers send-to-room service so that guest may order dinner from the restaurant by phone and enjoy the food in the room.

The swimming pool is small

We loved our everything about our 3 day stay at this absolutely beautiful boutique Inn! The bedroom was large and bed was super comfortable, we had our own sitting area overlooking the garden, and the beautiful clean pool was steps away from our door! There was also lots of comfy sitting and lounging area in and around the pool! And to make it even better the restaurant is the best we tried in puerto princesses! Finally, the staff were super friendly and professional! Would love to go back!
