Spacious room, comfy bed. Value for money is good. The best thing there is the service. Staff very friendly and helpful. They booked all the trips and tours for us. Even we changed to El Nido they still booked the tours for us. They give a discount, so it's cheaper than book it with the agencies there. All trips were awesome and the booked agency was very good. The location is close to the main road but in a quiet area. Check out Tiki bar if you are there. The bar was cool, awesome live band. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the Bay Walk. I can recommend the hotel and would book it again.

One of the best places to be in Puerto Princesa if you're looking for an awesome value for money experience. The place is just 5-7mins away from airport, very spacious and open and the rooms are stuffed with all the basic amenities. But the part that stands out the most, is the most generous hospitality of the staff. Mom Cathryn and Chris are 2 of the loveliest owners I've ever come across, and their staff are no less either. They treated us as one of their own and my 2year old son had an amazing time with them as well. We took the Honda bay tour from their travel agency, ride back n forth to El Nido, and even managed us the airport transfer on our last day - all at the best rate possible! In short, this is the place to be at if you're looking for an amazing stay at the most affordable way in Puerto Princesa.

First of all, the girls at the reception were amazing, very good service. about the room, as soon as I entered I immediately smelled a very nice smell of cleanliness. The room was beyond my expectations, comfortable beds, lots of space and it made me feel at home. The most important thing I must mention is the warm and kind attitude of the hotel manager, she took care of all my requests, helped me with personal matters, and advised me about my continued stay on the island. Definitely highly recommended! Thanks to this amazing team, my vacation got better.

A completely minor issue that doesnt outweigh all the positives, there was no hand soap in the bathroom.

The moment i saw the room, I booked another night because i knew i would be confortable and I was. I've been traveling for months and this was the most confortable bed ive had. Room is spacious, breakfast is good and the receptionists are really amazing and good people ! They made me feel safe and less alone. The CLARK KENT Travel and Tours & Ticketing Services associated with the hotel is an absolute joy, don't booked with an app, booked with the hotel. And do the city tour !!! The a hot-dog place, gelato, restaurant Artisans close to it. And you can find everything at the convenient store ABCd close to it. And there's an ATM close to the store. This is definitely the place I will recommend to anyone going to puerto princesa, and if i come back one day, that will be the place !

Everything except for the aircon not that cool , lights in the bathroom blinking when you open the shower it was been told to fix but not done No hanging of wet clothes to dry

One staff from day of arrival was asked to arranged our tour but most of the information given was wrong to what expected..good thing that one staff ( last day on duty) arranged it well and changed the best that she can..so thankful for her..

Fantastic big room. Tour agency at the reception with discounts to guests. Very friendly and helpful staff. Laundry service available. Every evening I was asked which breakfast would I like next morning and what time. And every morning it was there just as ordered, with brewed coffee.

The fridge in the room went also off when I exited and took the key with me. So I had to leave the keychain only in the socket.

Huge room and suuuuuper comfortable beds! The softest sheets I have ever felt. I was I could sleep in that bed forever. The staff is also super nice and accommodating. I like that it’s close to the main areas but not on a busy road. Also pretty fast WiFi! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast is only served until 9am, which was a bit early for us. Would prefer to have the option to have breakfast until 11am.

The staff makes this place an absolute gem, they do anything in their power to help and are incredibly warm and friendly. Breakfast is pretty nice and the hotel is great value for money. Walking distance from most main places in Puerto Princesa

On my 2nd stay, i upgraded my room i was a bit disappointed as it is like it was not cleaned, there were no refill of toiletry kit, it might also be better if breakfast is included in the rate and early check in doesn't have any fees. Our 1st room also doesn’t have TV, it is not working.
