We loved and enjoyed using the heated pool. We don't usually enjoy using the pool amenities in Tagaytay due to the weather. Kudos to the management who thought about adding a heated pool to your amenities. It added quality to our stay. We also like how we are accommodated as 3 people. Usually, even when the room max cap. is 4, there are only 1 pair of toiletries, towels, glasses and utensils. Here we got 3 pcs! We each have one for our own use.. 😍 Thank you for the thoughtfulness.

Only the breakfast buffet didn't meet our expectations because of what we have read on reviews about the vast variation of the buffet. We personally think the food choices are limited. Hopefully there's more to be added in our next visit.

Modern, very spacious rooms, clean and well maintained. security and room staff very friendly. Breakfast was good with some variety. Clean environment. Dinner options pretty good. Manager was very accomodating and very interested in feedback.

Lack of options on TV, basically watched u tube mostly. Front desk staff not very accomodating, asked if they could ring a taxi for us, they told us they don’t do that. Asked about tourist attractions, again. Told that they have no relationship with tourist operators and couldn’t help. A bit far from malls

Breakfast very good, rooms were awesome and very clean . My family were all satisfied and enjoyed staying in the hotel. I booked 6 rooms for 2 nights. Surely I will come book and stay again in your hotel

Requested the staff 2 times through phone to bring drinking water but my request just ignored . Needed to go to the reception desk the following day to complain about it and that’s just only the time my request was granted 🥲

We got a 3 bedroom suite and it was one of the most spacious hotel rooms we've been to. Unlike most hotels that just provide joint rooms, we had one big space all to ourselves. The air conditioning cooled the room well even during the afternoon. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable and fast enough for streaming movies. The bathrooms were spotless and the water heater worked properly. The beds and pillows offered the right amount of support. The staff were also very helpful and courteous.

The buffet setup was really bad during our stay. We lined up at around 9 am which should have been the tail end of the buffet so we were expecting shorter lines. However, the buffet was so backed up. They reasoned out that they had an event but that is honestly not an acceptable excuse since that should have been factored into their capacity planning. There was a lot of missing food and trays were not refilled on time. The setup already became messy with food splattered around the serving trays. It was an unfortunate incident in our otherwise great stay.

Wide selection of food for the buffet breakfast. Very clean from the lobby to the room and all other facilities. Very courteous and helpful staff. Comfortable bed in the room. Unlimited supply of drinking water. We had a tour early morning of our 2nd day and the restaurant staff prepared a packed breakfast even before the resto opened. Contrary to what it says on Booking.com, the hotel has onsite parking which is guarded, and complimentary wifi.

We had dinner at the resto on our first night. Order took very long to prepare. One of our original orders wasn't available but the resto made up for it with a free dessert.

Liked the spacious parking, accommodating staff, clean room and bath room, the location is ideal. Recommended place to stay

The breakfast buffet needs a little improvement. I dont know if the menu is changing day by day but when were there. We highly expected for the breakfast which fall short out of our expectation.

Staff was great, good selection on brunch. Newer hotel compared to others in the area. Very light and airy atmosphere. Ample parking but a bit far.

Bed was more on the hard side. A bit higher priced than other hotels in the area. Would have to have a better view from our room, the main room was nice and big but the second bed was very confined. Also thought it was a full kitchette, it lacked counter space.

Hotel Casiana is strategically and conveniently located near the renowned sceneries and best restaurants at Tagaytay. The hotel is very clean with complete amenities and friendly/ accommodating staff. It is worth mentioning that my family enjoyed the 3 bedroom unit of the hotel with fair price and all of us loved the sumptuous breakfast.

Two of our companions left their Backpack with Laptop Computers inside that were used during the Event, our 60th Anniversary. The staff returned the lost backpacks as we are about to leave the venue. Thanks for their honesty.

Please make sure to completely replace bath towels and floor towel every time the guest requests for the make up of the room. Thank you.
