Location is perfect for an early flight, just a couple of minutes transfer (free!) with the hotel or walk it in 15 minutes from the airport/train station. Not a lot around as it is in the middle of airport car parks etc. We had already eaten before arrival so can't comment on dining options but there are drinks available from reception. It was a heatwave during our stay and we were very grateful for the aircon which made the room very comfortable and we both slept well.

Nothing we didn't like but we couldn't connect to the wifi and the hotel staff couldn't offer any help, just told us that sometimes it happens and to try again

Honestly, this place was amazing. The shuttle service was fantastic, the staff were brilliant and very efficient. Very clean and spacious rooms. Will definitely come back again.

Definitely we liked the location, so close to the airport since we had a very early international flight next day. The hotel provides a free airport shuttle at any time but it’s advisable to make arrangements ahead of time. The room was bright and very clean and so was the bathroom and both were fairly spacious. The bed was comfortable with nice crisp bedding. The free WiFi was good and login info was right on the wall in the room. The only staff member, we interacted with, was a gentleman at the reception desk, who was polite and also gave us an honest advice when it came to settling our bill. He was also our driver to the airport. The hotel is also reasonably priced, which adds to its appeal.

It was a rather cold night outside but the room was very warm. However, a bit too hot for us. We prefer cooler temperatures to sleep in but it’s a minor thing. The driver taking us to the airport could be a bit more helpful with our luggage. He was surprised that we had that much luggage but did not overextend himself to help out. Americans work for the tip but Europeans are not used to this incentive to go beyond the call of duty. Just my observation.

What I most liked about the property is its manager. He was super nice to us and gave us ride to and from the airport at really odd hours. The hotel is reasonably close to the airport and it takes just 5 minutes of driving.

It was just a night layover, so we didn’t care much about the place.

I arrived near midnight and didn't want to schlepp into town and this place was perfect. I messaged for the shuttle upon arrival and it arrived within five minutes. The room on the second floor was clean cozy. It was December and very cold but the heat in the room was oh so perfectly warm...it was perfect for settling in and sleeping after a long day of travel from Los Angeles. In the morning when it was time to head to the airport they drove me back without delay. The Balice is near the airport and the terminal could be walked to in less than 15 minutes if that's preferred. This is not a luxury place but very cute, tidy and well-kept. It's quite a value as well.

No complaints, all was fine. If something insignificant has to be mentioned... I didn't take the breakfast offering but there was coffee in the room. There was a coffee maker and three cups but only one packet of instant Nescafe. I was in a Triple room but was alone so maybe intentionally left only one?...haha

Very close to airport and easily accessible. We had our own car but I know they organise shuttle transport as well. Room spacious, would be great to have little fridge but I get that it's something extra. We hd 2 air-cons in our room so that helped with the heat. Otherwise really great stay.

We had our room positioned by the (what seems like a long-term) car park which belongs to the hotel so we would hear people coming and getting their cars at different times of the night, sometimes being quite noisy. It didn't disturb me as I'm a deep sleeper but my husband isn't so lucky.

Very clean, lovely staff, soap and shower gel/shampoo provided if you need. Super close to the airport. Great value for money.

The pillows were flat and a little uncomfortable. The rooms appear to have rather thin walls as you can hear guests arrive from the airport and leave for the airport very clearly. We also had a room opposite the elevator which didn’t help and an absolute nightmare of a family that let there kids scream and stampede down the corridors for 35 minutes at 2am.

The manager there was very kind and helpful. He had lots of tips for us for getting around Krakow and managing logistics at the airport The check-in and check-out process is very quick and simple You can coordinate a free airport shuttle service, although if you're traveling light it's only a 10-15 minute walk to the airport The airport has a train station so you can easily get from this hotel to the city center The room was very well equipped and very clean

The water in the shower wasn't very hot. It wasn't cold, but not hot enough The central heating wasn't working in the bathroom so it was a bit cold in there

Price and also location were excellent, as it is .6 miles away from Krakow airport. Room was clean, cozy and had a nice size desk that I would be able to do work on my computer if I decided to do so. Wifi and shower worked well. Would definitely stay again if I would be in the area. True, it does not have the amenities of a fancy hotel, but who cares, as one can get a good night's sleep near the airport. And, oh yes, the free shuttle airport service was the cream on the pie.

The place offers a breakfast tray for about 4 USD. As I observe Kosher that was not a perogative for me. I would strongly suggest that management make arrangements for Kosher breakfast too. This should be somehow doable as all the airlines at the nearby airport provide Kosher breakfast if requested by the traveler.

The free shuttle service was perfect - I was picked up promptly and dropped off on time the next morning. Easy communication with the English speaking receptionist (who is also the driver), who was friendly and kind. very clean room and comfortable enough. It worked well for me. Very good value for money.

The A/C did not work at all and the person at reception did not know how to help. It was too cold and noisy to open the windows. It was too stuffy to sleep well. as a side note - the interior design is probably the ugliest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. But it’s functional, so it doesn’t really matter aside from being an eye sore.
