It is a little hotel with a restaurant on the ground floor. All rooms are attic rooms. It has a touch of butique hotel and cosy factor. It is clean. Great shower. Double room is spacious. The restaurant is just amazing! Breakfast is nice too with some "extras".

The room for four was really tiny. You hardly have place to move and to put your suite cases. Some furniture and carpets are a bit worn. But the most problem for us was the heat. It was a hot august day and hotel had no AC. The rooms in the attic got very warm and the small window as well as a little fan didn't help. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but not for the hot days...

It was a very delicious and rich breakfast, It had all kinds of hot and cold beverages, cold cuts, other breakfast items such as cheese etc. and also a hot service in which they cook whatever you want. I definitely recommend including it in your package

It wasn't the closest place to the city, but if you have a car it is not a big issue.

The hotel is located between the airport and Krakow. Room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The meat dish for two persons is highly recommended. Staff spoke minimal English but was friendly.

No room service. Trash can was full by the end of our stay.

Nice hotel in a quiet area close to the airport, perfect for a short stay between flights. The staff were very polite and helpful. There is a river right next to the hotel, which makes for a nice walk in the morning. The breakfast was reasonable.

The room lacks some amenities like hot water kettle, tea, fridge etc.

There were so many choices for breakfast. Rolls were fresh, meats and cheeses, salads, croissants, etc. Everything was freshly made and delicious. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and pleasant.

The insulation was somewhat poor and one can hear people in the hallway and between rooms. A safety issue is the doors must be locked inside as they do not have card keys.

Amazing staff, accomodated each request we had, and even prepared us a takeaway breakfast as we had to check out at 4am. Will stay in this place each time I am in Krakow. A 5 star hotel is nothing compared to this place A big thank you. What an amazing place with extraordinary staff!!!

Good location to stay in Krakow. Not the city center, but still easy to get to, especially if you travel by car. Room was clean and cozy. Breakfast is good as well, scrambled egg with bacon is just delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking in front of the hotel.

Hotel excellent location for the old town, shops and money exchange + all kinds of restaurants next to hotel

No parking was an issue for me, nearest was some 1000 mtrs awayand expensive

Room was boiling during the heatwave and we only had a small fan for 4 people so had no sleep
