THE STAFF. Everyone was amazing, really attentive and super kind. The location is convenient, great breakfast, good value for half board. But the best was the staff, both in the restaurant and the reception.

The room was like a sauna. No AC is fine but the lack of ventilation plus the bathroom door not staying open no matter what we did made it barely habitable. The bathroom is pretty but highly impractical, the sink is splashing everywhere and you have no space there. One could take dance lessons in the shower though given the huge space. The walls are rather thin so don’t share private information there; your neighbour might hear you. Literally. The wellness is nice; however there is no clock for you to keep the time :)

It is our fourth time returning to the hotel Kukucka. We always stay in their 1 bedroom flats in the main building. The space is comfy, clean, and feels very chalet-like. Added bonus is the little stream going underneath the hotel and amazing views to the mountains.

Breakfast could have a bit more variety throughout the length of our stay.

Good location, beautiful view of the mountains, close to the ski lift. Friendly staff, availability of a spa area with saunas (2 hours visit included in the price, must be booked in advance). Good breakfast (included in the price) and a goid choice of food for dinner. Parking available (must be booked in advance). Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is good. Free parking. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was excellent.

The room was a bit small with nowhere to sit except on the bed. Wellness was not included as standard ( only first visit was free, then €15). The restaurant was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday with no explanation given.

The restaurant Olivia has great food and lovely staff and the prices are very reasonable. The room was quite spacious with a lovely balcony.

The staff wasn’t very helpful, e.g. there was a snow storm and they couldn’t suggest any alternative things to do even inside the hotel. I booked a massage and the masseuse did not show but nobody let me know. The breakfast was okay but not great.

One of the best apartment where i stayed, big space for bathroom and most impressive solid massive wood table and doors,also the pleasant noise created by the small river just next to the balcony outside, makes the place excellent for relaxing

The reason i can not give 10 is the food, which is very bad and poor, especially when dinner is included in cost of your tickets. I recommend to management to give tourists choice to choose also from ''a la carte '' menu.

It is our 3rd time we stayed in this hotel - we loved the apartment in the main building - we had a room overlooking the mountains and it was great to sit on the balcony during the evenings. Love the sound of the river stream passing below. The apartment is spacious and offered great comfort during our stay.

The breakfast can be improved a bit to offer more variety especially if you stay there more days. The pillows are very flat and not very comfortable.

Close to the ski slope, the one bedroom apartment would be a good accomodation for a week-long ski stay, thanks to the well equipped kitchenette and separate leisure area. We enjoyed the stay, the room was clean and reasonably quiet, bed comfortable, breakfast tasty and the staff was really nice. Thanks to COVID the saunas were available only for a pre-booked but an exclusive visit (with additional cost) and we really recommend that as the private access to these areas is quite a treat. They were only open in the main building, but that's not a problem as there are changing rooms and linen is provided.

If we really have to mention something I guess the plates at breakfast could be bigger, so that you don't need to bring four of them and bring food four times ;)

The interior of the hotel and our room were very cozy and comfy. We loved the spacious bathroom and shower. The receptionists were supernice :) The breakfast was tasty and quite rich. If only we could have stayed longer :)

Just details: The bed linen, sheets and clean towels on the sofa in the entering hall of the apartment house could be placed somewhere else :) And a whirlpool in the wellness would be a great bonus.

The view from the room was beautiful, just to the peak of the mountains. The breakfast is really delicious, ands the staff was perfect. The location of the hotel is optimal.

The room is elegant, high quality, but a bit small.
