Roksana and mateusz are the best receptionists in poland. Every time i visit, they make me feel very special and are very professional and attentive. They make it feel very personal. Absolute credit to the Hilton group.

Visited the rooftop bar. Was stopped immediately at the door and told they were full. Did not ask whether I was a resident or not. Then I was told I could sit inside if I wanted. They did Did not ask whether I would like to reserve an outside table or not. Very impersonal and quite rude. I opted to sit inside initially whilst I watched for an outside table. Ordered a negroni which took an eternity to get.. upon seeing a table leave. i asked a passing waiter whether i could get their table. I was told to wait. 5 minutes later, i was then informed i could move. Staff are slow to react and very unattentive. Definitely need management oversight to refine the customer experience.

Location was perfect for us. the breakfast was very nice. I did not use the swimming pool that is why i did not rate that. Overall we enjoy very much and are deciding to come back late this year or the same time next year

We only went one time to the bar one night and we did not enjoy sad bartender. and we did not get fantastic service like everywhere else. And also very strange the sanitizer did never work in the lobby near the elevator when we arrive. I try to use it almost everyday and never worked.

Good options for breakfast. Can eat inside or outside. Spacious room. Clean and quiet room. Comfy beds. (Twin room with 120 bed each of us. Minibar. Roof bar with great view over the river and towards the old part of the city. Short distance to walk to sights, restaurants, shopping. Nice swimming pool. Quite some few options for spa treatments. The reception booked bicycles for renting one day for going to Sopot. Great for sunbathing and walking on the beach. Very helpful staff. Comfortable taxi booked in advance from the airport. Helpful to book for the return. Taxi on time and driver waiting in the lobby when we came there. Everything went very smooth. Very good option if want to stay in a more modern hotel.

Not many vegeterian options in the restaurant Lack of sustainability in the entire facility. Single use plastic bathroom amenities instead of refillable bottles, I asked only for a toothpaste and got the entire set with a plastic toothbrush. The facility does not promote environmentally conscious behaviour. light in some cupboards was not switching off

All the staff were great special shout out to the guy running the bar on the 5th floor. Great job. We were delighted with our stay

There was nothing to dislike. Possible area of improvement might be the breakfast selection for people from the UK. But if our numbers are small then nothing to worry about. Great stay and would recommend to anyone. Let's not bent out of shape over a Sausage.

Location and amenities were great. What you would come to expect from the Hilton Brand. I can always expect a certain standard and level of comfort when I stay there. needless to say they did not disappoint. The rooftop bar with a view overlooking the river was quite nice.

Room was maybe a tiny bit small and breakfast and the lobby bar was a little pricey but not too much to be upset about.

swimming pool could be opened earlier. Sauna quite disappointing, small and temperature not good regulated, at check out they suggested that we took some sweets from the bar, it was clarified but left some not nice feeling.

Absolutely outstanding hotel with a perfect location. In the center of everything, with plenty of restaurants, shops and tourist points. I selected this hotel based on the reviews and I didn’t disappoint:) 💕 It exceeded my expectations. Perfectly clean and big room with a king size bed was wonderful ❤️ Warm & generous service. Friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time 💕 + early check-in ❤️ The pool is nice and all the staff I encountered were helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended! Thank you, Hilton, for a positive memorable experience 💕
