Due to a scam we ended up booking a room in this hostel last minute, late at night. We were travelling with a 10-year old and weren't sure it would be a good idea but we got a room only for the 3 of us, it was very basic(typical hostel style so that's ok) but clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the bathrooms were really clean! We didn't use the kitchen but there is one with everything that is needed. We parked the car at a spot right in front of the hostel (public parking for free until 9am) which as excellent too! Not to mention that the hostel is just a few steps away from the riverbank and old town.
The towels, they could be replaced with newer ones maybe

It’s cheap and 15 minutes away from the train station. The location is very convenient as it is right across the marina, so very nice for a walk in Gdańsk or to take a boat tour.
There is no holder for toilet paper so people either put in next to the sink so end up wet, or on top of the toilet, which is highly unhygienic. Only two showers and two toilets for a whole level. You have to wait a lot until somebody’s done. Curtains for the beds would be nice to add.

It was clean and warm. Free coffee and tea. Microwave, fridge... Property speaks Russian which was good for me, she helped with questions where to buy food and helped with food. It's in the heart of center so very comfortable to reach everything 😌
U can't stay, sit in the reception before check in. No English which could be less convenient for English only speakers. Hostel does not working before 8am so u can't enter(new comers). Kitchen closes at 22:30. No place to cook.

It was much better than I thought it would be. Was my first time staying at a hostel with dormitory and being a young female solo traveler I felt calm and safe staying there. The doors had code locks which felt nice and modern. Nice staff, a small kitchen and living room that you could use. The place and bathrooms were clean and pretty fresh too. Great location with lots of restaurants close by. Would recommend to others visiting Gdansk.
The bunk beds was maybe not the most comfortable, but it worked for a shorter visit. Only thing that I thought was more on the negative side was that there werent any sockets by the top of the bunk beds. So if you wanted to charge your phone in the room you had to charge it ”on the ground”.

The location is excellent the bus stop is in front of the hostel.the water taxis to hel are about 200 meters away
There was only a microwave no other cooking facilities.as a smoker you had to stand in front of the hostel to have a cig there is a back yard but I was told we could not use it .a few tables and chairs in the back yard would make a huge difference and aslo a little stove to cook on

The hostel is located in a great location - right in the city center, next to the drawbridge and the old town! It is comfortable and convenient there, there is a kitchen where it is free. you can drink hot tea. (open from 08:00 to 23:00) . The rooms are cozy and the beds are comfortable. I will be happy to return to this hostel if I ever go to the fantastically beautiful Gdansk again!

Very basic hostel in good location Comfortable common space Staff were nice
No socket for upper beds in dorm room. Mattress was hard and spring hurts my body. There was a crazy drunken man and talking loudly after midnight in the dorm room even everyone is already sleeping, plays music loud, screaming every 30min all night and pooping on the floor in the toilet. I know it's not hostel's fault and a staff cleaned his mess next day in the morning, so I really appreciated it.

Great location and very clean! Lovely staff and complimentary morning coffee
There were no lockers for your luggage and you can only leave a small bag pack in their "safe". There was also no plugs next to beds, we had just one in a room of 9... Although not massive issues, I think those things are a must in hostels

The receptionist was really helpful and really funny! Generally the staff were great, they showed me around where everything is from the bathroom to the kitchen and explained how to use everything. Really awesome and definitely recommend this place.
If I really need to complain about something, well then in the morning when I left the property the maintenance team was there. I think they were refurbishing the room. Really it didn't bother me but I guess they could do it when no one was in the room? Plus I'm sure it's just a one off so it's totally cool with me

I came a bit late because of flight delay but there was a good man who helped me and showed everything. Generally everything is clean and close to the centre
As person should leave before 10 o’clock I asked to leave my bag and come later to take it. Because my train was much later. The stuff didn’t let me to do so. In other places usually there’s no problem with that
