Location, parking possibilities (paid, but in front of our room), lobby bar, wide offer for the dinners and breakfast, pool area (after 8pm when no kids are allowed), quiet part of the hotel (obviously separated from kids). This hotel is super friendly to kids, so just you know. Could not imagine coming here during the weekend, even now it was busy (stayed in March Sunday-Wednesday, no vaccay in PL/GER)

No cleaning of the room during our 4-day stay. Had to ask at the reception for it and got “cleaning” when no beds were done, no bathroom was cleaned (towels and robes were at the same place as we left them), they only took away the trash, set the A/C as usual and left glasses dirty from the previous night. Kind of disappointment in the 5* hotel.

Our stay was wonderful! Very good level of acommodation, dishes, we apriciated also the view from our window etc.

The opening hours in the spa area (at least pools) could start earlier than at 10 a.m., so we could swim already before the brekfast...

Very nice and modern hotel. Well located. Room very good, comfortable and very good wi-fi. Everything works. Nice and complete SPA area.

It is more a 4 star than a 5 star. Most of the comments bellow would not apply in a big 4 star hotel.... - Breakfast and Dinner good but too much noise and some options like the juices not 5 star at all. Very crowded also because (I think) all complex apartments also go to the hotel for meals and the complex is big - Dinner at a strange time from 4pm to 7:30pm - Beauty Center without possibility to book anything for the all period of stay - Music in lobby bar loud and going to the rooms (but not until too late) - Reception and main services like booking on meals ok but you feel they are there because they need to. No real service attitude and low English speaking staff

Hotel is very comfortable. Surrounded by pretty pine forest. Next to the hotel was a beautiful path, so it was easy to walk our dog. We really enjoyed spa and swimming pool. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Good room service. Food was tasty but buffet too expensive for the quality. We was happy with our stay.

It would be great if at least one restaurant would allow dogs in. Prices during dinner are pretty high for the quality ( especially dinner buffet - 100 zloty per person for a quality of a milkbar). Other food in restaurant was of a better quality and prices was alright. Drinks also was quite expensive.

It was a pleasure to spend one night with wife in this hotel, having a rest and relax in cosy room, very nice pool and jaccuzzi, as well as in sauna. We enjoy breakfast and dinner, tasty and wide sortiment.

Very small "black point¨ but not a minus, was a barman in the lobby bar, who was in learning process probably. There was a mess in order queue and long waiting time. But we were not in hurry ;-)

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The location offered a peaceful ambiance, with a nearby trail leading to Sniezka. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The breakfast provided was nothing short of delicious and a wide variety of options. What truly stood out was the brilliant service provided by the hotel staff, In particular, Mr. Krzyszof Stanisz who was stationed at the pool area, proved to be incredibly helpful and attentive. Without a doubt, this was the best family hotel we have ever visited in Europe.

Great family hotel - absolute recommendation for vacation with kids! The hotel is new, all facilities are high-quality (no cheap devices in the room), friendly staff and good animation programs for kids. Room is spacious. We enjoyed it very much - my kid said she wanted to come back here next year. and quiet quiet quiet surroundings....

Breakfast did not meet my expectations - other 5* hotels in Poland where I have been (and even 4*) offered better variety of foods. The hotel is located in outskirts - great for wandering - but the nearest supermarket is quite far away. Weak water pressure in the bathroom - shower or toothbrushing will take long.

The hotel is new and very clean. The location is great if you travel by car. A lot of parking spaces are available.

The staff is not trained for 5 stars hotel at all. They all behave like in a decent 3-star hotel. There are two restaurants where you can eat breakfast and you are told not in a very nice manner which to choose. Especially there is one girl, probably working as a jail guard before, having problems with proposing the right restaurant. People! Smile and be friendly. The guests are not your enemies. You are hosts and we are your guests. Act like real hosts!

Breakfast was excellent with great variety. Staff very helpful. Excellent hiking guide. The spa was very good with a lot of possibilities. Room are very specious and nicely decorated.

The water pressure in the faucet was poor, and the man who came to fix the problem didn't really care about it and said it is normal, but when we asked him to open the lid, water were coming in a nice flow. The number of Jacuzzi tubs at the spa were great but people tend to stay hours in the tub and the guard is not preventing them for stay for long. Dinner was not great
