Brealfast were not so good, for me not so many types of food

Very quiet place. Great breakfast. Spacious and clean room. Nice staff.

Location not for someone without car. We were waiting in the restaurant for service because in the same time a large group of German tourists came in and there was not enough staff. But when pizza and drinks came in we forget about delay🙂

The room was spacious and had atmosphere Sauna is great after a hard day hiking Breakfast and staff also fantastic I will come again when I am in Karpacz!

Quite expensive rooms and the bath robe paid saperatly. Spa area dissapointed, little jaccuzi, mold in the walls corners, not smelling nice

Location-quiet and green

Beds need changing, we had very soft mattresses and could feel the dip in the middle, pillows were very flat too. Breakfast-no alternatives for anyone not eating meat or cheese. Would be great to offer soya or oat milk as well as more fruit.

Mentioned equipment been there. Some staff been good

We had 1 bottle of water and some tea bag in the room, as described. When i wanted to get the water for the second day, i had feedback, water is OK when we arrived, not more and same for the tea. It had been a shock, then i mentioned, this is not a 3 stars hotel level, i really get upset, A bit later, we had a call, that, exceptionally for us, it will be a special service.... Regarding breakfast, i judge it a normal, on Saturday morning, but Sunday, it was no more croissant, not enough sweet bread, then, i had answer, it is because, of Sunday, but those topics are planned. On top of this, at bar, no English speaking, at reception one lady spoke English, another not. Is it 3 stars hotel level ? (I have an huge doubts, i travel really a lot all over the world since 25 years). If it is said, one person doesn't know the rules, then, this is management problem, before to let a worker alone, person has to be trained, and not only tell, also, verify if all had been understood.
