The hotel is located near a major road and within walking distance of a grocery store (Lidl, 0.6km). There’s a bus stop within a 5-6 minute walk that takes us almost to the Old Town of Kracow (15-20 minute ride). The breakfast and dinner are cafeteria-style with a good choice of food on the menu. The hotel is quiet.

I can’t think of anything significant...but would have liked to have more English-language channels on the TV.

Very good hotel for staying it for sleeping. Comparing the cheap price - it was worth. Hotel has their own kids playing room, bar and the pool.

To high price for Car parking 40 zlot. The price for the breakfast is definitely to high 60 zlot/person. Hotel Staff or Employees should improve English language - because it was hard to communicate with them. When we arrived to Hotel it was hard to understand if it is the correct Hotel, because the name on the hotel was different.

Cleaners could not speak English at all... Bathrooms where not up to standard. Spa was not really a spa its a sauna and a small pool. Radec the pool guy was awesome though. No wifi on the third floor. First room had a refrigerator.. second room did not.. Bad info from hotell staff .. I u don't ask they won't tell..

Is good situated - bus stop is not far from the hotel. Good sound isolation in the property. Very good breakfast, friendly staff and SPA is free of charge to the guests, who stays in the hotel. Room cleaning every day.

Very “tired” pillows, no fresh air in the room - only conditioner is available. Not comfortable double bad - mattresses are sliding and you getting in the hole between them.

Hotel descriptions our wrong and need to be updated. Dinners could be a little warmer and not run out in first twenty minute's so very poor choice

Refrigerator not working, our wc water always run and make noise in wc. Doors not properly working, because need use force to close. We ask to change room. But they send house keeper. And she said all Refrigerators not working. Wc she pressed buttons couple time's at time's moment was good but 5min later, the same.

Lived in this hotel not for the 1st time. Thanks for a free room upgrade. Not many places like this one in Krakow with a swimming pool and sauna, and a cozy courtyard. Great! Especially comfortable for those who transit Krakow. Near the big road one can park for free.

Needs some repairing: toilet wass leaking, night lamp broken, ac very loud and it was not possible to control it. You have to pay for the parking

Great hotel for staying near Krakow, good location. Rooms are clean and the bathroom too. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Excellent breakfast for every taste. Nice swimming pool.

Only minor bits: TV was dated, I'm sure it would have been sorted if asked - but I couldn't turn it on. Please note there is a charge for parking.

It was clean. The staff were really helpful.

The cleaners didn't really do much in the room. They didn't lean daily. They didn't take rubbish out. We had to do it. They only changed our towel once in the week that we were there
